The young male cashier at this CVS was extremely unhelpful and was rude! I have gone there multiple times, and this time one item was accidentally left out of my bag. I returned to the store with my receipt showing that I paid for the item, and they refused to help me or even look at my receipt. The acted as if I was lying and said "A lot of people used that check out today." They made me pay for the same item a second time! I will never ever return to this location ever again. The customer service was terrible and the cashier there that day didn't have a line in front of him and just blatantly did not care to help a customer.

Had a horrible experience with the Mgr of this location, when I asked to have info on someone above to speak with He said "Its illegal" for him to give a phone number or email for someone above him. A quick google search gives their customer service number. Why Lie? Regardless of the issue there is no need to lie to a customer just because you don't want to do your job. Poor management means poor customer service for those below him. Avoid this CVS.

I would put 0 stars if we're allowed at CVS located at 10952 E colonial Dr 32817. I have gotten my prescriptions filled here at this CVS seems like forever. Within the last year my narcotic prescriptions that are doubled tripled counted as the office manager says but they miscounted 3 separate times already before we even left the store. Once this happened at closing time and it was a script from the hospital for Tylenol 3 and opened the bottle and said this don't look right so I counted and I caught the Chinese pharmacist that filled them and he counted and fixed it and added the 5 that was missing and said my bad, I'll take care of it. Now my adderall was missing 9 out of 60 if taken 2 a day and filled on 6-16-22 and out on 6-10-22. 9 are missing. I do not abuse my medication either. I called and talked to the pharmacist manager and he was a complete a** hole and denied any of the mistakes that had happened including this one. I have already contacted the BBB over this. I hope and pray somethings get done about this and their narcotics area gets counted for because that's malpractice. This is a very serious issue and this isn't the first or second time either. If I were you I would pick another CVS just like the pharmacist manager told me to do. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want less than what your doctor prescribes. Especially when it comes to narcotics.... I just had an appt with my doctor today explaining what happened with this CVS he said that they should be able to fill it now because he changed the ml and it's a new perception I called to see if it was filled because I was gonna have them count them before I left in front of everyone to make sure AND now they won't even fill my prescriptions because of some mess up's they did on their part. This store is the worst ever. Wouldn't recommend getting your medications filled there even if it's close and convenient for you. So sad

The worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Never answer the phone, can never answer any of my questions, and they are all just rude. Got yelled at on the phone by a man who sounded like he had an indian accent and made me feel belittled for asking about my insulin. The people are absolutely clueless. I've had so many bad experiences here.

Don't bother getting your prescriptions filled here unless you want to wait forever... absolutely no line and took over 10+ minutes for anyone to notice me waiting in the drive through

Best CVS on the east side by far. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. James (mgr) is the best!

James is the best employee of this location! He is so nice to everyone who walks in, doesn't forget to make small conversation with you, and even when it's so busy, he will still go out of his way to make sure you're okay. He always reminds you when your coupons/ECB on your CVS account is expiring, what deal can be applied to your at-the-time purchase, and will always make sure you rack up those points by reminding you to scan your barcode/type in your phone number. The amount of times I forget to scan my barcode to get these points! I've literally seen him run the whole store himself when there's 25+ in there. Thank you James for all your hard work! We see the smile under your mask every time you're working. We appreciate people like you! Other than that -- this location is probably the cleanest CVS I've been in. There's always someone on the floor restocking the shelves, barely any dust and smells like Clorox (which is a good sign). They barely run out of much needed items and they have their own self check out machine. The pharmacy is pretty slow, but understandable. Lots of parking outside and even if it's located on the main road, it's not that busy only because the employees of this specific CVS know how to keep the line moving. Whoever manages this location is doing is right!

This particular CVS location is located on the corner of East Colonial Drive and Rouse Road. It is a convenient location, especially for those who travel East Colonial Drive. There is adequate parking and it is a stand-alone building. All in all, it is a good location to stop by and grab what you need, whether it be a prescription or just some form of sundry. Service was decent and I had no real issues on my trip here. If you need something that a CVS would carry, stop by and check here out.

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I understand things get busy but if it's busy enough for a 25+ minute wait just to talk to a pharmacist then maybe you should hire more people.

Update: I picked up my prescriptions last night around 6 and I voiced my complaint to the pharmacy technician while the phone was going unanswered. The young lady stated that their hours had been cut and they had to call someone to assist them because they were short staffed. I said that's piss poor customer service! Whatever you do, don't call the pharmacy to obtain the status of a prescription. I visited my doctor yesterday (Wednesday 12/13/19) for a cold/sore throat. The doctor sent my script in and I received a text from CVS I would get a text when the script was ready. It's more than 24 hours later and I have yet to receive a text. Luckily, I had some antibiotics on hand. I have been calling this pharmacy since 3:30 and have been on hold for an hour and a half. I feel like crap and down to my last antibiotic so it looks like I'm going to have to drag my sick butt over to this pharmacy to get the information I received was trying to get on the phone. Very dissatisfied!

Hispanic woman at the register wasn't fluent in English. Very frustrating. There's a guy with a beard that's awesome. He's very helpful!

Very standard location with a somewhat difficult parking lot entry and exit. They have everything you expect here. Hubs needed a stop off for some stomach meds and was easily able to find them and pay quickly. The store is setup as most locations are, so navigating is easy if you know what you want. It could use a good pressure wash and paint, but cosmetic issues really. The parking lot is a downer here. It's off a major road and there's always high traffic. Getting into the lot is easy if you're coming from the correct direction (towards Waterford from the West). Not so easy if you have to turn in from the other side as it's at light and a short entry in side road with traffic. Overall: B Standard location. Eh parking lot. Watch for crazy drivers.

A quick place to get the things you need. I have to shout out the manager though I think his name is Tony. He is always helpful and says hello. He seems always ready to help saw him taking out the front trash before closing to haul it all the way to the dumpster 50 mins to close. Kudos that shows a manager who is willing to led a hand.

Why is it so difficult to get my prescription delivered to me? Same thing every 90 days, so aggravating!
