I was returning some items and the cashier didn't want to refund them so i made a phone call while I was still in the store and she interrupted me twice whileI was on the phone she was had a lot of hate in her heart against me I don't even no her and she don't need a job working with the public a poor excuse for a cashier.

We forgot to pack toothbrushes and toothpaste and needed somewhere to pick those items up after a late dinner. Selection was meh and prices were high, but they had what we needed and some. Used the self checkout and was in/out in less than 5 mins.

They billed the wrong insurance company and when I had collections come calling for a payment they did next to nothing to help fix the situation. They said it was my prblem and I needed to call everyone and sort it out. I spent hours on the phone with them and other insurance companies and it still went to a collections agency. Highly recommend avoiding this place and CVS in general.

Literally the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. Couldn't answer why prescription had been out of stock for two weeks with no solution or alternative. Extremely unprofessional pharmacy manager. Would give this negative stars, if possible.

I scheduled my booster shot there and found the employees there to be very rude. I was 15 min early, there was nobody there before me yet they made me wait over 20 min. Even though they had a waiting area and a place to sit to get your vaccination, they made me stand at the pharmacy counter to get my shot. It wasn't a sanitary area. Not only won't I recommend people be vaccinated there but I personally will not be back to shop there.

Unfortunately it was a very upsetting experience. The girl who took photos seemed really irritated and they charge like 30-40 $ for the usb , if you want a digital copy, and your own usb doesn’t work with their system .iPhone photos will work better next time
