Amazing store and employee showed me how to look for my rewards coupon and showed me how to initiate it so, the cash register can see it. Very helpful and patient employees at this location.

The pharmacy gave me a hard time and I wasted my time from 11am today. After the doctor I went to the pharmacy and they told me that the medicine was not there, the doctor called and I went to the pharmacy again, the employee told me to return in 1 hour. I returned an hour later and they told me that the medicine is not ready, then the employee told me that they are on break and the manager did not give me a solution when the medicine was supposed to have already been ready to pick up!
Unfortunately I am not satisfied with CSV of this location.

Chantelle was most helpful today! She assisted me in loading and using the CVS app then helped me find coupons to double my savings! Chantelle is polite and professional and I can’t thank her enough for taking her time and being patient today!

Chantelle, the CVS evening associate was very helpful and so friendly. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and came to my assistance when she noticed that I was confused about a product. She helped me select the correct one and then went above and beyond by assisting me in using my coupons, plus additional coupons that I was not aware that I had available to me.

Oh My Goodness!! If you want to be frustrated, waste your time, get unapologetic answers for clear mistakes and not get your meds when you need them, come here. Otherwise you may be better off anywhere else.
Been trying to fill a simple prescription for a week now. 3 rounds of mistakes and still not filled and no apology. Wasted 30+ mins going in every time and waiting. Maybe they're just having a bad week, but from the other reviews, I'd say probably not.

Thanks to the Phamacy Team.My Labrador needed a Libra sensor every two weeks to control his blood sugars. They went above and beyond to ensure he had one. Can’t thank everyone enough for the last year of service. Certainly made his quality of life for the better.Warmest Regards,Bill V

Worst customer service ever. The cashier was busy and the manager doesnt help. Just lets the cashier drown between customers that need to pay and those that need to use their printing services. This store needs a more capable manager. I spent 1 hour printing documents. This should have taken 5 minutes

I was profiled by the workers at this cvs . Me and my brother stopped in the cvs to get a few snacks, then my brother bent down to get his phone from his back pack and a worker at the cvs stoped and asked him if he needed help, we said no and my brother immediately noticed that she was glaring at us and decided to not get his phone . Then we noticed that she brought her coworker over with her and was “conveniently” in the same aisle we were in, then she went in to the aisle directly across from us with her other coworker and was repeatedly staring and what looks like judging us so we went in to the aisle next to us to get chips and was told we needed to put our backpacks on the floor next to the checkout corner, which is very weird cause we have been there many times before and we have never told this . I put my backpack down and went to the aisle we were previously in and noticed her and coworker were still there and they were walking up and down the aisle talking which sounded weird and abnormally fake and cause they were in the same aisle the whole time . the only person that was respectful and kind was the lady at the front desk that didn’t seem like she was judging us . The moral of the story is don’t go to this CVS if you are colored with a backpack and a phone
