I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and the people that work there. After dealing with the CVS at 4315 Curry Ford Rd and their abysmal service and long waits for so long, this CVS on Grant St. is a breath of fresh air. They’re fast, responsive and actually call you back when you leave a message. They’re friendly and go out of their way to make sure pharmacy patients are taken care of. I had lost all hope for CVS after multiple bad experiences at various stores near downtown Orlando. This store has restored my faith in CVS. Thank you for doing a great job!

Jay Patel is outstanding! Our family have been patrons for years and Jay keeps us coming back. He’s knowledgeable and works tirelessly to have prescriptions filled (usually within the SAME DAY!)Oftentimes pharmacists know one’s prescription history better than one’s own doctor. Jay pays that much attention to his customers. I called one morning just to find the location because I didn't know it was inside of Target and thr guy who answered had a horrible attitud. Then he tried to rush me off the phone "deal with another customer." Then he passed me to some other dude who wasn't any better. All was trying to do is get my prescriptions refilled. Never in my life had so much trouble doing so. This is the very reason so many people are being replaced with robots.

Called for the fax number so I could send a prescription via fax since it was not working via the system we use. Jay the pharmacist answered with "for what, we don't give out the fax number" I've called in the past and have been given the fax number by other associates in that pharmacy. I guess ill have to find a pharmacy with a pharmacist that wants to work?

The pharmacists here are just so incredibly kind and informative. Ashlee always remembers me and asks how my medications are working for me. She is always sure to ask me about any possible interactions and always remembers to ask me about my birth control if I'm getting antibiotics. Dr. Jay called me the other day just to ask how one of my prescriptions was working for me and to let me know that I did not have any more refills. I feel like they are always super happy to assist and are extremely knowledgeable.
