Second bad experience at this location. Trying to have a tb skin test read this morning and I was told that the 48-72 hour window to read the results opened in 30 minutes. Like within that 30 minutes I, as a healthy individual, would begin to show positive results? Mediocre providers and service, not to mention really expensive, non-transparent fees. Go anywhere else.

The female employee with short hair followed my friends and I around the store repeatedly asking what we were looking for. I guess laughing and buying snacks with friends is a crime.

There is one good pharmacist, but when he is not on duty it is the worst pharmacy. My son's prescriptions were called in at 2 p.m. At 9 pm I went to check on them and they said they were backed up and I would have to come back the next day. My son cannot go without his meds and CVS gave us no warning that we would need to go to another pharmacy to get the meds the same day. So now he is without his meds for a day because insurance doesn't allow us to fill early. Also, I get the same meds every month. I have to wait until insurance let's me order it and then CVS orders it, which takes up to a week to receive. Meanwhile, Im out of my meds while waiting. There seems to be no care or sense of urgency. The customer service is the worst.

Idk why I did not get the names of the two employees that were working monday night November 11th because they rush every one and remind them they are closing, but in ONE HOUR ! I even heard the lady say to the manager , " let me see about this one " them she continues to tell me they are closing soon and just stares at me and follows me nonchalantly. i wanted to keep shopping but felt like i should just leave. Only to realize I LEFT MY WALLET there while the manager was literally grabbing my items and scanning them. Again , in a rushed way. Hello , it's called self checkout for a reason. When I came back in looking at the register for my wallet she quickly said it's not here. I understand if maybe she knew for sure it wasn't there which I don't know how she could have but it's called customer service and it's a wallet that's a big deal you might want to say something like instead of it's not here get out basically that was not she didn't say get out but that's basically what she was saying she was extremely rude and I said to her it's my wallet lady

This store has lost its mind. I have been trapped in their drive thru for over 20 minutes. The pharmacist has let this car stay in the drive thru for 24 minutes while actively filling their prescription. I know this because I can hear the speaker. The problem is you are trapped in this drive thru once someone pulls in behind you. And NO ONE thought it was a problem to trap me for that long!! Unreal!

No I am not bashing the people that work there.
I originally had 47.95$ onto a PayPal prepaid card. I was supposed to receive 45$ onto the card even after I had already activated the card and no funds were put on there through the app onto the account linked in with the card.

You will be followed around and watched like a hawk to ensure you dont steal even though they have cameras, they rather harass the shoppers therefore I do not recommend. The owner walks around and makes unnecessary conversation, which continues until you feel uncomfortable enough to not want to shop anymore. I would recommend going to another CVS if you want to shop comfortably without being followed around. Super annoying experience.

I stopped by this location today to pick up a prescription and a few items after falling and spraining my ankle. I walked in struggling with crutches and from the moment I walked through the door the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped me with my crutches and got me a shopping cart which made it easier for me to maneuver around the store and also walked me down the aisles to find an item I was looking for. I went to self checkout and one of the workers came up and rang my stuff up for me at the self checkout. And while I was waiting for my Uber ride another worker offered friendly conversation with me. After having such a bad day it was so refreshing coming into this store and being treated so nicely! Thank you very much! I will always shop at this location because of this wonderful experience!

Pharmacy is great. Rx filled timely, checkout is easy. The pharmacist straightened out my new insurance so I didn't have to transfer to Walgreens.

Asked for a consolation on a prescription, tech said it was on the bag. The bag has two different sets of directions. This of the final straw with this place. I am now changing all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. This place should be shut down.
Oh and they don’t answer the phone. So the only thing you can do is google your question or go to a more reputable pharmacy.

I went to the cash register to get checked out. The lady refused to do a job in cash me out. She said use self check out then she decided to stand on top of me and look at me as I scan the merchandise. I’m gonna have to work to get my groceries or my monster I should get paid by this place, customer service is Cvs does not exist anymore
