Since my CVS location closed and had to find the next closest, this location is it. Horrible pharmacy service and wait times in-person and drive-through. They are not equipped to handle the quantity of customers apparently. I’ve left while in both lines multiple times. Something needs to be done and don’t charge for mailing prescriptions if this is how your business is managed.

Called before to make sure my medicine was ready with the pharmacist took a Uber and the young girl said she didn't have my medication. Got back home and called the pharmacist and he said it was ready for me but they closed. I had to go to the emergency room for help. He only said sorry and that his employees told him I wasn't there. Only a evil person would do that to a sick man who just got out of surgery. I should have checked the very low ratings score. Go somewhere else for your meds needs

Worst pharmacy ever claimed to take my insurance and when it comes to my refill they then claim not to take my insurance and hungs up the phone… when you callback workers try to belittle you as a person…then i asked for my prescriptions to be transferred not day still not sent over…spoke to manager MIMI but she just takes up for her workers never again

No one working cashier. One guy who is working is on his phone and too busy listening to his ear buds to help. When I finally get his attention, he is annoyed at me for raising my voice. Maybe try not using ear buds at work and doing your job?

Today I was picking up my prescriptions at 5:40 at the window, the pharmacist was not friendly and treated me with attitude, I think that is not the way you treat a client well.

Sharon is a disgraceful manager and willing to let the patients die instead of doing her job. She was helpful, ONE time. After that its been dowhill. She's lazy and unreliable. I have refills for my stage 4 heart failure medications that I have been waiting for over a week to be filled. My doctor has already confirmed this. I'm to a point where if I dont get my meds I will have to go to the ER beause I am literally dying without thos meds.What do I have to do to get my meds Sharon?! What has to happen to get you to do your job?!

This is my favorite CVS location in Orlando. I get my prescriptions from here because I like the staff. They are kind and helpful.

I made a $ 30 purchase, I bought $ 20 in baby food and he did not give me the $ 3 coupon, then when I wanted to return it, the manager did not return the coupons I had used from my extra care, he only refunded 8, and then I wanted put in a purchase that was making the hangs that came out at 2 x 7.98 with another $ 22 purchase to use the 6 off the $ 30 purchase offer and said you couldn't do that. I will not return to that store, the manager was very rude and I do not even know if they did the process well because my purchase accounts did not balance and they did not give me the receipt of the refund or the new purchase when I got home it was that I realized I felt so upset that she wouldn't let me make my offer and I lost money

Came in for a Covid-19 drive thru test, no questions asked just gave them my id turns out I wasn't in the system for a prescription ( I wasn't there for a prescription pick up) I proceeded to let her now I was here for a COVID test. Then she goes off for like 5min and some other lady shows up by the way super rude and uniformed. She then proceeds to ask why I was here I explain and walks away for a good 8min then comes back asking for Information once again and walks away again. When she is finally back with the supplies she rudely explains how to do the test (mind you it's my first time) and leaves again. So I'm left unattended. Find a better pharmacy. First and last time here.
