I go to the pharmacy Saturday and they're closed for lunch. I go back Sunday at 3, and they are closed because they're locked out. I guess I'll try my luck on Monday.

this the worst pharmacy ever. i’ve been in line for over 35 min and medication is not even ready when a text was send saying it was. They get rude with you when you complaint about the long wait. Avoid picking up here. Better to drive further but with a better customer service or better switch to WALGREENS 100 times better.

The pharmacy at this CVS has by far the most unprofessional rude staff. They argue with the customers for for their incompetence to fill prescriptions. They trasferred my sons prescription without my say. He was sitting home with a fever waiting for his flu medication The pharmacist and some young girl with no manners that wouldn't even give their names when asked multiple times said because my insurance uses walgreens then said someone else moved it. Please save yourself the hassle and time DO NOT USE THIS CVS PHARMACY. JUST LOOK AT THE RATINGS

“You can stand at the counter of the pharmacy, and many employees pass by without attending to you or even greeting you. You say ‘excuse me, who can help me?’ and they don’t look at you, they just keep walking.”
You can stop at the Pharmacy caunter, they pass you by quite a few employees and they don't serve you or even greet you.
And they hear you saying permission to help me, and they don't look at you, they continue walking.

This location is awful, the pharmacy is slow and often seem to not know what they are doing. I only go to them because of my insurance. At this point i may just pay a little extra and go somewhere else

Georgian I believe should not be in charge nor have employment by CVS. He was very rude in front of many people. I will not be returning to the CVS ever again. I hope they find More professional employees. I would give absolutely no stars if I could.

Hi, Before This CVS Pharmacy on Curie Ford and Conway, The Employees Was Not Professional, The Pharmacy Manager He Was So Angry 😡 All Time, You Can't Talk Him 😡 He Always with his Actitudes, Was Like He Don't know and Care about You Asked him, The Other Lady I don't know she was a Store Manager, Always Support The Customers and Help with your Problem, Thanks God I don't See Him No More and Some Employees That's always Was on a Bad Mood and Always Change The Good One and Bring another one, Maybe They Was temporary for Training, Anyway, Now About 2 Months ago Everything looks So Good And Good Customer service, I don't know The Name of The Manager, But She's Always Support The Customers and If one of the Employees do Something Wrong, She's Looking for See what's going on And Maybe on Private She let's Know How They suppose Deal with the Customers, Let's give Time To The New Manager and Employee, For Sure Everything goes Change for Good

Type 1 diabetic needing the same products every 90 days. They never have them. They used to locate and transfer to another store.no longer. The entire chain has slipped but this store is the worst.
