Never a good look when you have to walk outside to find an employee to help you because the only two people working the entire store are taking a smoke break together right outside the main entrance to the store.

I went to this cvs on a date night and my partner and i were simply grabbing snacks, drinks, and model cars since we are car people, we got followed around the whole store and followed when we individually wanted to use the restroom before we left. we felt HEAVILY UNCOMFORTABLE and RACIALLY PROFILED, we paid for all of our things and quickly left since we were uncomfortable and noticed we were being accused of suspected theft. awful store at lake baldwin. If i could get the names of the workers i could for anyone that would like their names.

I depend on CVS. John, the pharmacist, is like an old-timey pharmacist. Super helpful and knowledgeable. If you shop there regularly, the discounts are worthwhile. Their variety is more than adequate. You don't need another pharmacy.

Love this CVS! Everyone here (except for the pharmacy- they are rude and seem miserable back there at CVS pharmacy) is wonderful!!! Each and every single time I go they are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone (again, except the pharmacy) for being so great! It’s always clean and organized here and it’s always stocked with great options! Everything you’re doing here is appreciated, Team! I also want to give a shout out to Liam.. he is so kind and knowledgeable and has helped me time and time again and with the most incredible attitude! I appreciate you all!

I've been a customer of this CVS since it's been open. Usually I don't have any problems. But two young employees seemed to think I was trying to shoplift some over-the-counter medication. Without even asking what happened I had one of them standing over my shoulder during the entire self checkout process and even went through my bag. The scanner scanned the medicine before I was able to put it in the bag yet the sales clerk did not believe me and continued to be aggressive in her actions towards me. I will be calling the store manager and I will not be going to that CVS again. Despicable that honest citizens are profiled the way they are. I am a professional businesswoman and was dressed in casual professional attire. They were rude and condescending and it was inexcusable!

The location and the attention are two big positives for me. However the folks in the Pharmacy are overworked: it’s clear they need to have three people at all times yet they are only two at any given time. This impacts their ability to pick up the phone (highly recommend avoiding it as they don’t pick up) or sending SMS notifications when your prescriptions are ready.

This is a wonderful pharmacy!! A Heartfelt special thank you to A.J. and Viren for their skill and sincere compassion. Thanks also to Hilda for the smiles and friendly service. For the last several years, they have been terrific in helping my wife and myself manage the challenges of several serious medications and insurance coverages. They are never to busy to answer questions or give advice despite being understaffed. Over the past 35 years, I have dealt with many pharmacies and pharmacists, however, these folks are the best. Today I went into CVS to get some money out of the ATM and witnessed the cashier racially profiling a group of Latino teenagers. The youth (5 in total) had come into the store to buy snacks. The cashier asked them if they intended to buy anything and then asked them to leave the store. She told them she would not serve them and would call them police if they didn't leave now. The girls in the group left but the boys stayed. The boys said they would not leave until they finished buying the snacks they come there for and immediately went to self checkout instead of going to her register.

I'm a long time customer of CVS, in store and mail order prescriptions, My grandson was accosted by the manager/cashier, she followed his friends and him around the store as if he was a thief,made him feel very uncomfortable, she is very rude and extremely unprofessional, she wouldn't let them make a purchase and called 911 on them because he told her he was still making a purchase and not leaving till then, he used self checkout since she wouldn't assist, such a smart resourceful kid, he showed such great character , told her to have a nice night after he rung himself up, so proud that he kept his cool , This woman should be fired, demoted or retrained , very disappointed in the CVS brand if she is a representation of it

I don't think I've ever been to this pharmacy where I was greeted with a smile or that they acted like they understood what prescriptions were waiting to be filled. After standing in a line for pick up, and being short two prescriptions (I was texted that the were ready), I was asked to wait in another long line to see what they problem was. The cashier said her register didn't allow her to see my refills?? Unbelievably bad service and seemingly incompetent staff with incessant attitude. Ugh.

Extremely rude and horrible customer service in the front of the cvs pharmacy, old guy hiding from the front.. then when asked about ups access point he had no idea how it works, nor did he opt to find out.

Usually really great! Pharmacy needs to work on communication in my case. My provider called in my prescription and even confirmed that they had it in stock. After a couple of days I went in to check because I had printed pictures anyway. They told me they didn’t have it in stock and would be getting a delivery that day. I called back around 4 when the pharmacist told me to and they told me they wouldn’t be filling it until the next week. They just kept moving the goal post for me and I wish they would have given me a call initially to communicate that it wasn’t in stock.
