Service horrible as usual, after standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend me a guy finally came and went behind the register, eyes red like blood, clothes dirty and no name tag wearing a CVS shirt the says ‘a little goes a long way’ and then he asked me, what happen?

What the bad review is because they do not answer their phone at all and have to leave a voicemail! Walgreens answer their and talk to a live person not no damn voicemail only access! CVS need a 0 not even a 1 because of this !

Call to make sure they had medication and hdmi cable before I came to which they confirm. I got at the store just to find out they had neither and now it's too late to pick up my medication or my hdmi cable

Yesterday I went to buy some cosmetics. I don’t speak English very well, so I asked the lady who was serving me for help. She treated me in a despotic manner. I said, “I’m sorry, I don’t speak Spanish.” Miss, I’m not asking you to speak Spanish to me, just serve me and help me pay for my products. I feel that customer service should be the same for everyone regardless of race or ethnicity. I had a bad experience. It should be noted that the person in charge is a young, overweight woman. I don’t want anyone to retaliate against the wrong person. Good day.

When I visited this CVS pharmacy location on the night of Friday September 6th, 2024, my father had just been discharged from the hospital after receiving care for 4 days due to a stroke. We left the hospital at 9:26, trying to rush to the pharmacy that closed at 10 pm. He received his discharge papers around 6pm, but because he is a very difficult person to deal with on a regular day, they had sent his prescriptions to the Lake Baldwin VA Clinic, which would not be open until the following Monday. I met my father when I was 24, and I have no idea how the VA processes really work, which added to an already stressful situation. I was finally able to locate a pharmacy that was still open and accepting of the VA insurance around 7pm, and from there we had to wait on the doctor to approve and call in the prescription to the new pharmacy location. In essence, we were discharged late in the night because we were trying to get access to a pharmacy that we could afford, and we were told by the VA pharmacy personnel that not all CVS locations accepted the insurance, but that some did.
We were told that the CVS location at 5300 S John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL was a participating pharmacy. They were wrong, and a female pharmacy worker was extremely rude at the drive up window, and I later realized she lied to me. I only realized when a male worker provided actually helpful assistance when I decided to go inside.
Yes, it was almost closing. Yes, I am sure everyone had a long day (mine started at 5am). However, her complete lack of customer service skills was entirely unacceptable, especially for someone working in the healthcare field. She needs to be trained or re-trained, and I made sure to leave all relevant details in the survey CVS emailed to me.

Do NOT go through the drive thru if this is where you pick up your meds. One of the pharmacy techs copied my debit card information and has been trying to make online purchases and add it to their apple wallet. Glad I keep my card locked.
