If I could do a -3 star I will Poor customer service new persons with no empathy at all ruthless customer service. I went through service car girl (Evy)at the window doesn't attend well really cross and doesn't listen just wants to get rid of you makes you get out of the car because she can't find anything. The funny thing is that every time I come inside the store they give me the medicine and when I come by car service they don't find any information. Disgusted by the bad service and hostile attitude of the window. Went to inform the manager that his employee with bad service his only answer is that she is only new. Very little management on his part lacks importance because his clients do not know what each person is going through. This is not a restaurant, this is a pharmacy. I don't think anyone comes here alone to walk but to treat a disease. I don't recommend it at all. Only a worker from there is the only one- a very kind young man was my reason to always go with a smile best one there(Janiel I think is his name). For mismanagement of the manager has less customers . They should evaluate everyone and the manager needs to choose his staff better also him self.

This place legitimately sucks . If could give -0 stars I would . Pharmacy never answers calls , service is really slow and they run out of your prescriptions frequently. Pharmacy staff can come off as really uncaring and this is a place where sick people are expected to get their meds? Trash , straight basura I don't understand it but I am so glad Im moving so I don't have to visit this pharmacy ever again . Good riddance.

Called because my patient needs her insulin that was ordered last month. Wanted to get clarification, because she has been without for 5 days. Called and to speak to speak to someone and they keep sending me to vml. The pharmacist answered one time and said well I have 5 patients in front of you in the store, so you are going to have to wait. Who says that? I still cant help the patient. I need corporates number

I am a physician who called in prescriptions for my patient to this pharmacy at her request. The patient arrived at the pharmacy more than 3 hours after the Rx information was called in, and staff present told her there was no record of any meds for her. Further, when I tried to speak with them directly, they put me on hold and then sent straight to voicemail. Despite calling back multiple times requesting to speak to the pharmacist, I was put to VM.I will never send another Rx to this pharmacy and will actively discourage all my patients from going here. Corporate should take notice, get involved, and address this huge patient safety concern.

I went to the pharmacy to pay for some pills that I got from over the counter and a guy from the pharmacy told me that I could go pay for it some where else in the store not there at the pharmacy cause it was only for pick up I don't think that's right what kind of customer service is that

Good luck! Talk but inconvenient! They never answer the Phone then tell you they'll get your prescription ready in 1 hour once you waste your gas to come here.

It takes one person to ruin an experience. I went into the store around 11 Saturday night to get the photos that I ordered earlier that morning. I was expecting to get them when I arrived because I received an automated phone call that my photos were ready. For some reason, my photos couldn't be found. There was a Black male associate who was kind and tried to look for them but I ended up having to use the kiosk (he was sweet but I didn't get his name). The kiosk was recommended to be faster than doing it all over on the website. While I did that, the Black associate left, and two other associates clocked in. Gio and a Hispanic woman. I needed more help, so I tried to tell the Hispanic woman my situation and how I was concerned about not receiving the discount that I was originally supposed to get when I ordered my photos online. However, that woman failed to listen and immediately gave me an attitude. I don't know why she chose to be rude when I spoke to her politely and I apologized for disturbing her before I began trying to explain. If she didn't understand what I was saying I would've rephrased, but that woman didn't even give me a chance. She just told me to scan and pay. Like girl I want my discount. I don't have a barcode to scan because it was from the website and- I'm not going to repeat myself on here. Well, Gio came and helped me with no problems. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name either but she's probably in her 40's. She has patches of blonde in her hair and her body is uniquely shaped... Edit: oh wow the woman's name is Avi and she's a manager.

My doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy. Normally, I love CVS. So I was checking on my app for the prescription to be ready but it says its on hold that I had to call to the pharmacy. I called, and I've never experienced such a bad costumer service, the person who answer the phone not only had poor manners but she was dismisive and not willing to help. I was disgusted by the treatment.

08/09/2023 5:00pm worst attitude ever. The guy dragging his feet his body language was I don't wanna be here. I'm the want the had to said Hi everyone how you doing good afternoon really loud because it was somebody waiting like 5 minutes and not even no one tell her hi good afternoon just give me a second nothing I know that because I asked the person in front of me. Them the guy can't find my medicine and I tried to help him point it to a place and the white woman was whispering and like talking about me, then I say i was just helping and the white woman stand up and look at my eyes really mad.

Came to the pharmacy. Was told by a tech they will return at 2pm. Waited 30 mins for the same tech to then tell me the whole system has been down for TWO hours and they cannot do anything. Incredibly rude and deceitful. Will not be returning to any CVS for any pharmacy related services.

They don’t answer their phones after a whole hour of calling trying to get somebody when I finally got somebody wouldn’t even fill my child’s prescription horrible customer service. Nobody wants to do their job.

Please do yourself a favor and use the Walgreens pharmacy across the street, or drive further to another CVS if your insurance doesn’t work at Walgreens. They never have stock on medications, and had I not called, I would have never got my medication. Apparently they decided they just can’t fulfill my order, canceled it all together, and never bothered to inform me. It’s terrifying to think there are people relying on them for life saving medications. Judging by the other reviews this is not an isolated event by any means, and it seems as though the only hope for positive changes here, will be in the aftermath of a negligent death.

As a long time CVS pharmacy customer at 5300 john young I always understood how busy they can be and was patient but the staff I experience today( except for long time employee, Keisha) seem to forget what Customer Service is all about—after waiting 30 minutes for something I was told will take 10 minutes I was told with a condescending voice the fault was basically mine.

I have never been to a more unprofessional place. I have been trying to get my medicine from there for 2months now and every time I go either the pharmacist not there or the system is down. Like how can you run a pharmacy like that people need medication and are unable to get it because it's a ongoing problem. WORSE CVS you would die waiting to get your medicine from here.

I asked Mendi to run the discount code in order to lower the cost, apparently he had no knowledge of how to enter discount codes. He asked for Gladys help however she was short with assisting him, instead she tried to stress to me that the medication would be higher if I used the discount card. She gave me a hard time and didn't want to use the card, until I was frustrated with her and I asked her to please just enter the discount code that I gave her and I will let her know if I wanted to pay the Oscar insurance cost. However she finally stop going back and forth and entered the discount card. The cost of the medication was cheaper then the Brand name. I told her I'm tired every time I come in to use a discount card they act like they don't want to take a few seconds of their time to do it. She need to focus on helping the customer save money when they ask her to instead of forcing her way. I don't expect her to care if I had the money to spend on a $60 medication or not. I was annoyed with her actions today!
