Super inconsistent. One person will tell you one thing about a date a medication can be filled and when you call on that day they will tell you..
Oh it's gonna be an additional few days. This is done on 30 day prescriptions that they will absolutely run you out of and leave you with none bc their "system" says its only been "x" amount of days....when my bottle clearly has a fill date for the last time i picked it up.and I can count....so this month I was out of an important medication for 3 days bc of this. I was told by 3 people 3 different days and please do better some people depend on these medications for quality of life and just bc it doesn't matter to you it does to the people who need the meds. Thanks Millenia CVS! Do better. I would have left zero starts if available.

I only gave it 1 star because no or negative stars was not an option. 2 out of the past 3 months they didn't have enough medicine to fill a script. Always in the weekend so it usually takes about 4 days to get a time sensitive medication

1 star feels generous. I’ve been trying to transfer a prescription since Florida Blue no longer covers CVS. Walgreens called them, and the pharmacist seems to have an excuse everytime. I’m pretty sure is somehow illegal to deny me my medication.

My husband and I feel comfortable filling our prescriptions at this CVS pharmacy. We have two Pharmacists and we enjoy talking to them. We seek explanations to our medications which they gladly supply. They are knowledgeable, personable and treat us with respect. My husband came home from the hospital and needed his medications. Our pharmacist was so sympathetic until the prescription was filled in a short time. They are very concern about us until when we walk in they recognize us. We like that our Pharmacists know and care for us. Going to another place made us uncomfortable. We are very thankful to them.

I just left from the CVs in Millenia. I had an issue with a payment online. I asked this attendant to help me, she said very rolude to me that she is only the one who can go to me and in that moment she was busy. After waiting few minutes she came to and fixed the problem . She just left and didn’t say any word. So far it was okay for me. But in the end when I left I said Thank you. She didn’t answer me, maybe because she didn’t listen to me. So I repeted it again and she again didn’t reply me. This woman looks that she is not happy with herself! I will not come to that CVS from Millenia anymore.

Twice I received very poor service from the woman who works there, this morning, in addition to the terrible service, making mocking faces, she stopped me from purchasing another personal item along with my medication, she said she was very busy and if I If she wanted to, she should pay at the cashier up front, as this wouldn't take 2 more minutes of her time and the pharmacy didn't have any customers to be served! In fact, I'd rather go to another pharmacy far from home than go back there

If I could give 0 stars I would, to begin my doctor had accidentally sent my prescription refill to this location as I used to live in this area a little over a year ago. No biggie as in the past I knew transferring prescriptions between CVS locations was an easy process as I've moved quite a bit over the years. Unfortunately, when it comes to this location that is a big fat no. I requested a transfer and was denied immediately which then prompted my prescription to be placed "on hold", I called my local CVS location I was transferring to and was informed I needed to call this location to ask them to please take the hold off so it could be transferred. I then proceeded to then call this CVS two days in a row and was placed on hold for more than an hour every time before the line was cut off. Finally got ahold of them on the 3rd day and was met with an employee who was extremely rude and bothered by my questions and request to have my prescription placed off hold and transferred. After the interaction I decided to change pharmacy companies completely as suggested by my doctor when I called to inform them I still was unable to transfer my prescription. I then called a different local pharmacy company (had a wonderfully helpful employee) to transfer my prescription over and they informed me once they contacted my previous pharmacy my prescription would be ready in 2-3 hours. Simple right? Wrong! I called later in the day to get an update on the transfer status to learn that they too have been attempting to contact this CVS for my transfer all day and were continuously being put on holds and disconnected. I know with vaccine season pharmacies are busier than normal but there absolutely should not be this big of a barrier when it comes to contacting a pharmacy!
