Worst CVS pharmacy in Central Florida. There is no way to call and speak with the pharmacy since recording will not transfer you to the pharmacy. Best you can hope for is to leave a recording. They are always out of medicine which can take days to get in stock. The pharmacist, Mr. Vent, is extremely unhelpful and lack any empathy for customers no matter how ill you may appear. Both he and the pharmacy tech, Ms Keyli, does a masterful job of avoiding any eye contact and does not make any attempt to notify other staff of your presence while you wait in line at the counter or in drive thru. Keyli has got to be the worst pharmacy tech ever and she lacks any customer service, interpersonal or soft skills. The pharmacy hours are a joke. This location is more of a convenience store than a pharmacy. Today I attempted to have a script filled. I was advised by text message and the recording that they were out of stock. I drove to the pharmacy since there is no way to speak to them by phone.
The pharmacy tech also advised that they were out of stock. I asked to have prescription transferred to another location that had it in stock. I sat in drive thru for 30 minutes without any word from staff. After 3 vehicles behind me left and drove away, and after watching 4 customers at the counter being assisted, the pharmacy tech finally came back to me and said, "that will be $Xxx.00. What!!! The meds somehow miraculously appeared in stock. Not sure how that miracle happened but someone is either incompetent or a terrible liar. Within one hour of being advised that the med was out of stock, it somehow shows up since we requested to have it transferred to another location.
