The worst CVS in the United States. Almost every time I try to make a purchase there the result is very bad. The cashiers are never willing to help. I have had to visit another CVS further away due to the dissatisfaction I have with this establishment

This is the most racist CVS I have ever been to. I asked for help the male cashier ignored me. But he stood over me to make sure I paid for my items. I let him know I’m offended and will be reporting him. He said he didn’t care. He had to watch me. This is unacceptable. Please hire better people. I will not return to this location ever.

The pharmacy is horrible. They take forever to fill prescriptions. They also give you pick up times and they don’t ever meet those times. I’ve started waiting (even though it takes an hour) because otherwise, you get put on the back burner. They also have a BIGGEST attitude… all the time… with everyone. It’s crazy how they are still employed.

If I could I would give them 0 stars - terrible customer service - the staff is not trained properly - you cannot get a anybody at the pharmacy on the phone the only option is to leave a voice mail - they messed up my prescriptions 3 times - now I have gotten a voice mail that my antibiotics are ready, I do not have a prescription for anitbiotics...... - if they can't get this correct how do I know that I have the correct meds and dosage in the container with meds they give me ???? With all the terrible ratings and service why doesn't Management get involved to assist their custmers

Good evening and blessings, I am not one to write reviews but today the truth is that unfortunately I found the attitude of a lady who works at the pharmacy very unprofessional and in bad taste, which I greeted very decently because I am that polite and the same with a bad face barely let anyone speak to her since my question was about a medication and then I asked her a favor for a consultation and without knowing if I spoke English or not she told me no the doctor only speaks English and I to avoid having to make her look bad in front of the staff there I preferred to be humble because that is why God takes care of me and I did not ask her my question and I left. But the truth is it is very sad because without fear of being wrong they are even from Cuba and it is sad to say that one is Cuban for such unpleasant people like these. I hope and God gives them peace in their hearts because to go to work with so little desire and treat the staff badly at there it is better not to work. Blessings.

I have been a long time customer of CVS and dealt with the rudest person behind the counter, her name was Sara. Not having insurance, I was quoted in an extremely high price and advised her of a discount through GoodRx, she rolled her eyes at me and said it was wrong. She then snapped at me to wait in a different line as I watched her wait on other people. When she finally came over to me, she started arguing me about the price and was extremely impatient and rude. Another person in the pharmacy took over and was really polite. I have always been loyal to this pharmacy when I had transfer a prescription, but I'm going back to Publix. Allister was great to work with and was always polite and friendly. Sara should not be doing this for living as she lacks empathy, understanding and seemed miserable. Run away while you can.

I had a horrible and rude encounter with the Latina lady who works there. First I saw her talking to a friend of hers for a long time the entire time I walked through the store and then I approached her to ask her a question for guidance and she treated me very despotically. They should fire people like that who are in service to the public. It is the closest CVS to my home and I will not go there anymore
