This pharmacy is a mess. They don’t answer the phone, long wait times until prescription is ready, pharmacy is a literal mess behind the counter. Not sure why I’ve still be using them. Time to find another.

It appears corporate CVS does not care about its customers enough to give anyone in the store authority to correct a very clear error. I placed a “prepaid” order online for in-store pick up. When I went to pick my purchase up, it was very clear from the size of the contents in the bag that the order was not correct; it was not possible that it contained the two 16 oz items I had ordered. I said this to the cashier and was told I could not open the bag until I completed the order, so I had to “pick up the order”, which apparently then charged my credit card for the “prepaid” order. I opened the bag and there were two 3 oz bottles, not the two 16 oz bottles I ordered as pictured on the website. A second person became involved and helped me going forward. She could see from all of my email confirmations from each step along the way, her handheld device, the website, etc, that the online order read and pictured a 16 oz bottle at that price. She could not price adjust it to match because it was an “online order” in spite of the fact that all of the emails refer you to the phone number of the store where you pick up from should there be any problems with the order. They have to scan an item to fulfill the order and the 3 oz is what scanned to fulfill the order, not the 20 oz. I get that the corporate website may have had an error, but send me home with my purchase at the price at which I completed my order and get corporate to fix it. It is simple. Take the write off, fix it and keep a customer happy. Oh yes, we called online and they were as useless as the store. ZERO EMPOWERMENT ANYWHERE! That is 40 minutes, yes, 40 minutes, of my life that I will never get back helping THEM figure out what went wrong. I left stressed, pissed, without my “easy pick up product” (because there is NO WAY I am buying it from there now) and 30 minutes late to a family dinner. And you wonder why Amazon is killing businesses?! Customer service should be a number one priority for retail. I support businesses who appreciate their customers. If you make a mistake, which happens, you fix it and all is good. If you could care less about your customers, I could care less about supporting you.

There are other places to go stay away from here if your trying to get a prescriptionThis is the second time i had the same problem they told my DR prescription was readyAnd when we got there what do you think. NOTHING NADAWASTE OF TIME i was not gonna write a review the first time but then today it happened again NOT THIS TIME CVS no way u wasting my timeWho ever is in the pharmacyShould get a demotion to bagger now they said it will be ready in the afternoonI feel like going to walgreens with my prescriptionStay away there is a walgreens down the road

Yesterday 45 minutes in pharmacy car line for take my medicines and they closed the window at 6:00p.m. I proceed go inside for ask why closed the see cars in the line but all employees in pharmacy leave the store and closed nobody said nothing only ignore the persons asking.

Male Pharmacist Joseph completely BERATED young female technician in front of customers. He had no regard for the customers in line, and was very disrespectful toward her. I wouldn’t say anything if it were for a valid reason but this technician is always fast kind and efficient, I love her work. The sight to see was Horrid and Disgusting! He is Egregiously unprofessional. she did not deserve that he does not belong there

Stopped by on my way to airport. Employee was at the window but refused to let me pick up my prescription because she was on lunch break. She said I must try to fill it at another location where I'll be flying to...what if it was for an acute illness or I was flying to Timbuktu? Poor, poor customer service.

The workers there are doing their very best with what is given to them. The real person to blame is the district leader Scott Osterman, he has cuts hours so they techs do not have enough man power to do there job as effectively as the customers want but they still do amazing work. Scott and the higher ups get more money whilst the tech does more work with the same pay. Do Not blame the tech or the pharmacist for a long wait time they are the best in the business.

Took 24 hours to get a prescription for antibiotics. Lots of shenanigans. I waited 20 minutes to find out they didn't have the antibiotics prescription. I came back the next day at 4pm and they still didn't have it. My called in a different prescription and I came back at 6:30pm and they still didn't have it. I had to call my insurance company to call them. Finally I got it after 24 hours. This place is extra busy and seems to be a hub in which they are filling prescriptions for mail-order maybe? Stay away from this place.

I like this CVS Pharmacy not only because it is 2 mins from home, but also because of the kindness and patience of the pharmacy staff. They are always so busy yet in a fast-paced environment you find the time to make sure your customers questions and concerns are all addressed appropriately. Thank you for the amazing job you all do!
