Trust the reviews when they said that this CVS is sucks. I came to pick up my prescription I got there at 1:30 I saw the lady was serving somebody else, as I approached, she said that “after I’m finish serving her, I am going to lunch” even though I explained to her my situation and I didn’t even know that it was their lunch time. She closed the shed on my face and said to come back in 30 minutes. Since I was the next and only person there, I thought she would’ve been considerate to served me. Instead, I have to wait 30 minutes doing nothing and because of it, I’ll be picking up my son late from school. And after I’ve waited 30 minutes come to find out the med wasn’t even ready. I will never return to this CVS nor recommend friends and family.

Whenever you call the pharmacy they hang up or don't even answer. Terrible customer service.

Worst CVS that I've had to deal with. They never have prescriptions in stock, always have to order them. They'll send 100 text messages for you to pick up, yet when something is going on with your prescription you hear NOTHING from them. Waste of space!

Set up an appointment for a covid booster, came early cause I had free time in my schedule and was told I'd have to wait an hour and a half to be given a 5 minute vaccine when there was literally no one else waiting for a vaccine and at the time no one in line for prescription pick-up. This location does not have a drive thru. I've gone to other locations where the pharmacist does not have the luxury of 2 pharmacy techs and is able to handle vaccinations, pick up and drop off with a shorter wait time and allows walk-ins. Highly disappointed with this experience as it does not reflect the level of care and professionalism that I've become accustomed to with other CVS locations. If given a choice, choose a different CVS pharmacy.

Paula (spelling?) is the worst customer service person/employee I’ve ever met in my entire life!!She doesn’t know what she is doing, she pawns off her job to the customer, and even when the doctors office tried to correct her and the pharmacy. SHE DOESNT PICK UP THE PHONE.For additional context there was nothing wrong with my prescription, she REFUSED — I’ll repeat REFUSED to fill my prescription.She is unsafe, unqualified, unprofessional, and the most embarrassing “service” professional ever.AVOID!!!

Had the doctor send in a refill for pain medication yesterday morning. The pharmacy denied it because it was too close to when I had received the initial prescription. No post surgical pain medication all day yesterday, or today when they gave use the same story.Tonight I find out that it's because the didn't have the medication to in stock to give me. Tonight as in probably too late to get pain medication from another pharmacy.Congrats on causing me two days of post surgical pain without any kind of pain management.

This place is ridiculous. Rude and lackluster personality of pharmacist alone makes me want to avoid this cvs. They have rules about filling rx that I've never had at other cvs stores. Avoid if possible.

This a CVS inside Target... I wish these could be listed differently. Kind of frustrating running by a drug store and then realizing you are stuck going into a large store. Not as bad as a particular donut store actually being a gas station, but still annoying... More a complaint about google maps - fix these listing!

Wouldn't change picking up my Rx any where else. The staff there is wonderful. My Rx are refilled on time, and even the Rx I personally take in myself, they fill it in less then 20 minutes. When I have a question, I call & they know immediately it's me and answer my questions. Love you guys....you are the best

This CVS pharmacy has really friendly staff who take their time to explain your medications to you and make sure that you don't have any questions when you leave the desk. Check in and payment as well as pick up is very quick. You can always call them if you have any questions and they are more than willing to help you out.
