Well I went again to pickup a prescription. Need less to say I had a 45 minute wait, I left without the prescription. CVS doesn't care and doesn't try to fix their slow pharmacy.

I dropped off my prescription at 1:15 pm and they told me they would let me know when it was ready. I entered the app at 6pm and my recipe was ready at 2pm. I've been in line for the car service for 1 hour and 15 minutes and there are still 3 in front of me.Awful!

5 pharmacy techs and a line of 10 people waiting for pick up.Only one of them were on the register helping people.CVS needs to stop being a greedy company and actually hire techs so people don’t have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up prescriptions they’ve been told are ready for them

Pretty much only perk is 24/7 pharmacy services, we can all agree that pharmacists at this place fail miserably at good manners and customer service.

Never answer the phone. Is imposible to speak with someone, the machine just said sorry and hung up. Horrible costumer service. My prescriptions never be on time, always I have to call my doctor and I got the same pills 6 years ago. CVS has to close this locations.

This pharmacy is getting worse every time?I don't know where the supervisors are or what they do their work?? The service is terrible, the long lines to pick up last too long, up to more than 1 hour, many times they say that you don't have an order, you leave and when You come back the next day, your order appears and it's not the first time it's happened to me and they don't do anything to help either, it's already too annoying to come to this place.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

So I cannot believe this is the only 24pharmacy around . They don’t pick up the phone the system is set up to only do voicemail ?! Is this how far gone and detached customer service is ?? An emergency ? requires more than an automated message . 24hr usually set up for emergency ? meds n now that it’s needed .. this is it ?! Leave a message ?!!! Might as well shut your door like everyone else . GOD help us all who managed to get emergency Rx to avoid the ER. This place will leave you no choice but to head there .

I’ve been using Cvs pharmacy for over 20 years in all parts of Florida, And this location was by far the worst 3 day experience i’ve ever had. First I was told prescriptions from urgent care were never received but my cvs app confirms receipt of them. Then i was told they weren’t ready day 2 to come back In an hour. Seeing that the staff was busy and clearly overwhelmed i decided to come back day 3 right before they reopened for the normal lunch closing time. Not only were the staff in the back complaining about the job and they wanted to quit, they were rude and very dismissive. In my opinion Corporate or GM of the area needs to do there job and help these understaffed employees with finding more , Or assess what is going on and get employees who value there job, Either way for this location i will never return. As far as the general store my rating doesn’t apply. The store was clean , organized and cashiers were very nice - this is a pharmacy rating only

The service provided by the pharmacist Anna Caban is so incredibly rude. I called to confirm a mix up with a prescription and she firstly picked up the phone & hung up. I know this because I heard her voice just before she hung up. Then when she finally decided to answer the phone, she sounds miserable, like she hates her job and her life. No one should be working any job that they hate so much they’re willing to take it out on customers / patients. Ms. Caban I hope you find a ray of sunshine to highlight some joy in your life because I can hear the misery in the tone of your voice.
