I googled what CVS offers services for developing film and went to this one, THE MAN SAID THEY COULDNT DEVELOP FLIM, (yes he said flim, not film), AND TOLD ME TO GO TO WALMART... extremely disappointed....

I'm sharing my experience after months of the same treatment. I live in Orlando and Tallahassee. My son attends School here. I spend half the year here. I have a severe back injury and see a doctor every 2 months to monitor the condition. Everytime it's time to fill my prescription from my doctor I get anxiety. Solely because of how im treated by the pharmacy. They have spoken with my doctor multiple times. They have told me my doctor shouldn't be prescribing me the medication and try and tell me what I should take. They tell me they are ordering in hopes I won't come back. If I try and go somewhere else they tell me I have to go close to my home to fill it.They are rude and dont even check to see if they have the medication. They quickly say NO we dont have this and we dont know what to tell you. So I literally have to go from pharmacy to pharmacy to get the same exact treatment. Today was the breaking point for me. I told the pharmacist how this made me feel and she laughed at me. I can't explain how bad this makes me feel. I'm posting a review to see if I'm the only one being treated like this. I can't help my situation and I feel I'm being discriminated against. I'm calling my doctor Monday and have them call again in hopes they will being to treat me better than they have the last few months.

Based on my personal experiences in that store, I haven't been yelled at or mistreated. But judging by the reviews of many others, I suppose it is a matter of time.The store could be cleaner and better organized. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting this Amed person yet, but now I will be paying attention to who is taking care of me and at the check out. If anything happens, I know exactly the 3 government agencies I need to contact, the corporate phone number to dial, and the attorney to call to start a lawsuit faster than they can insult someone. Unfortunately, sometimes, that is the only way to get a company's attention and respect. Ladies, next time, grab your phone and record. They will stop, and if not, you have evidence.

One of the worst managers is Sunday night manager at this location zero customer service etiquette.he even insults you saying that every time you come you cause problems he won’t hesitate to trespass you as this is becoming a trend for certain managers that have zero skill in communication and dealing with customers and understanding them .

Emad is VERY RUDE AND unhelpful. He refused my refund due to it being “open” …. The earrings are displayed open. How is that even possible!? This man needs to be removed from this store. I will no longer shop at CVS. He don’t value his customers and how hard we work for our money. Cvs is not CHEAP. We get our medicine filled here and I will be moving pharmacies for my family and I.

This store does not follow the CVS coupon policy. My coupons were turned away for using 2 identical coupons when CVS policy states it honors manufacturer limitations. The employees need to learn to read coupon terminology and perhaps study the CVS policies.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE from the employee on duty. We are on vacation 13 hours from home. we needed to pick up a prescription for my son who developed an ear infection while we're on vacation. we got sent to the wrong pharamacy initially so we had to drive 30+ mins to this pharamacy, going through 2 tolls, for the employee on duty to scold my wife about why the prescription transfer wasn't completed correctly (not our problem) and then proceeded to tell her we can come back in 2 hours because it was his lunch break and hung up the call phone. EVEN THOUGH OUR MEDS WERE READY!! this employee didn't care about the customer or the circumstances at all. Not someone who should be handling medicines.

Ever had the manager (Amed) go off at you in front of customers about how he assumed you robbed something when you were only undecided on what candy to buy? Yes, that happened to me on 9/9I came to this CVS which is my local one I've coming to for months now, i came at 9 am, i wanted some candy and just noticed he was looking at me in such a suspicious way while I was walking through the store, i was in the candy isle seeing what I wanted, I ended up just buying a energy drink and went to my bus stop after that, 30 minutes later the bus didn't show up, and I was gonna ask the manager of the store to help me call an Uber, and I'll give him the cash and even a tip for the kindness in helping me out, since my phone wasn't receiving any signal and I was gonna be late for work, the first thing he did when he saw me come back was simply go off at me in such an agressive way, i was so confused, i was like "Sir, I just wanted your help on..- he simply said "Nah" and walked away, then he turned back and said to me in such an agressive way and said "What do you want what do you want?" Then I just said "Nah man, don't even worry about it, so rude" and he immediately threatened me to call the cops,I insisted in him check his cameras before talking to me in such a rude, discriminative and disrespectful manner, I felt so embarrassed him saying all this stuff about me in front of customers, when all I wanted was to buy some candy and take my bus to work that morning. I honestly do not know how this individual is still working here. Unacceptable.

I was going to CVS pretty often on hiawassee and Old Winter garden road but lately and even more so it's been so dirty on the outside of the parking lot it looks like it never gets cleaned by the shopping center. I have had food wrappers stuck to my car more than once as I drive off from there. There's food is wrappers, there is plastic containers and this happens all the time at this location. I have gotten to the point that I go to Walgreens across the street because they are definitely a lot cleaner than your center is. It all falls on management folks get with it because I won't go there anymore when it is that dirty.
