I want to Thank Mikey from this Cvs. I was not getting the help I need from a lady that worked in pharmacy this morning. I ask this gentleman for help. I'm a pharmacist. I also have to deal with pharmacies for elderly family members that need medications. I know CVS from experience working with them and within Target. This location is ill equipped to handle any sort of volume that is above 100-150 scripts per day. Techs are poorly trained, rude, lack manners and just do not care about their job or the customers. The pharmacist does not lead them and it shows. Medication error is a serious issue here as they seem to cut corners when inputting prescriptions without checking DOB for matching names. Have had my grandmothers profile mixed up with another person of the same name. Totally different medication and doctor. Steer clear of this location. Go to Costco.

Went in on 6/20 to the drive thru. It was no later than 6:55 when I got in line. They took over 15 minutes with the car infront of me. When I pulled up to the window they put out the closed signed very unprofessional. I called the store and the “manager” yamiledy picked up the phone in Spanish and wouldn’t talk any English to try and understand the issue. I asked for a different manager and she wouldn’t pass the phone to anyone else when she herself said there was another manager at the time. I’m tired of making pointless trips to a store that calls me and tells me my pills are ready and they really aren’t! Step it up cvs, if I could get my pills at Walgreens down the street I would!

The worst experience of my life. I am a 61 year old man that want to get in and out. So I always go to CVS is very close to my house to get some Vitamins for the coming work week. The Manager Gisela (that was she said) told me that all Vitamins Nature Made were buy one get one free. So I went back and got 6 bottles of Vitamins. She then charges me for 4 bottles I told if is buy one get one free you should charge me for 3. Gisela come back and told me sorry the register make a mistake and that's it. I said What we'll I don't want any give me my money back. With out arguing with her she told me that she was not giving me my money back (incredible) she did not give me my money ND told to get the he'll out of the store because I disrespect her. I never will disrespect a women.. This lady is not fit to deal with customers.

Pharmacy personnel have no matters. They treat people like we owe them our life’s to them. They are very rude from the way they talk to you and until they finish their service.
