I love the pharmacy, the staff there are nice and I get what I need.
One star because I bought an expensive night skin product from them yesterday and we went to replace it today since the box was tampered with and an old used product was inside. I opened the cap and the cream came out all crusty and you could see a wipe mark from the previous owner. The label was peeled up and had pink oil stuck to it. They don’t check their products when getting returns or one of them employees did it or someone swapped it out in the store and they are giving me a hard time trying to get a replacement. Just don’t get anything from the actual store tbh. They are only offering a refund, which is actual bs.
I’ll be changing my pharmacy for this now, I already wasted gas, time and money trying to get what I paid for, a brand new product, not someone’s trash.

If I could give them 0 stars I would., but I rather see them in court. This past Friday one of the female employees on duty accused my 62 year old mother of stealing the week before. My mother is a stage 4 lung cancer survivor that just got out of Cancer Care. She entered CVS on Silver Star Orlando Fl happy to be self efficient only to be wrongly, and falsely accused of stealing the week prior. Harassed , embarrassed, belittled and falsely accused made her have a panic attack in front of the store. My mother called me when this happened, the employee quickly clocked out and left the store prior to the police being called by me. CVS , are you aware of this incident? ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Update: CVS did nothing about the incident when made aware, they condone this type of treatment of their clients. They are okay with false accusations toward elderly, black women‼️

Waited 30 minutes only to be refused service. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Dirty store inside and filthy parking lot. Save your self the drive they may deny your Florida Blue insurance too.

Staff is horrible ghetto and untrained. The pharmacist refused to talk to me only the tech and she kept having to go ask him. My insurance is active per my insurance but they refused to run it. refused to take my confirmation number from the insurance. Then while I was on the phone with my insurance trying to get them to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy came outside and screamed and cussed at me at my car video. showing me his muscles to threaten me. When I spoke to my insurance representative they said that they never even tried to run the insurance for the medicine. My child hasn’t had her meds in a week I’m just trying to get her her meds with no help from cvs so called pharmacist. More like a thug who wasn’t even in uniform screaming at me car window threatening me. These are the people trusted with medication?

Drive-Thru closed most of the time, and when it is open, they work really slow. There is no sense of urgency in the pharmacy employees to attend customers.

The Pharmacy needs work on communication and teamwork. The lady that looks of Indian decent was on the phone when I got there. I waited n waited and she acted like I wasnt even there. Customer behind me said hello because she wasnt even acknowledging us, she finally said she will be with us. That never happened, after ten minutes I asked, can someone else take care of us? Which she looked bothered by my suggestion. Mind u there were about 3 more coworkers behind her, one which kept going in circles n no one came to help until we started complaining. If you gonna be 10, 15+ minutes on the phone while being front, talk to your coworkers for help. If u had time to crack jokes while on the phone w a customer when the coworker came to help then u could have used that same minute to call for backup. You show rudeness, ill show same. Why do I have to tell u to communicate with coworkers? Be professional and acknowledge when clients r in front of you.
