Horrible service!! I called 8 x , left 4 messages. Their new voicemail says they will call back within a few business hours. I waited 6 hours and finally had to drive to the store. I couldn't get prescriptions delivered because they overcharged me for the prescriptions based on discount prices I discussed in the past. I realize they are busy but I'd rather wait on hold than be promised a call back and you never call. They didn't care. Didn't apologize. No compassion. No empathy for your customers!!

Pharmacy seems understaffed always. Pharmacist is friendly and helpful. Pharmacy associates need better customer service training. They do not display best attitude. I do not care or will not use self checkout.

This CVS is clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful. In particular, Kiana is excellent at her job and helped me verify correct prices on items I purchased. Very helpful.

It's always a pleasure seeing Frankie in the minute clinic. We've been tight ever since I fainted in her clinic 3 years ago due to Covid. What an asset you have in her. I know she's been through some things, and she always has a huge smile on her face. And I'm sure under that mask as well. Lol. Keep up the good work Frankie, you've got my respect and 5 star vote.

Location is the only good thing about this place. Customer Services is very desirable. The drive thru lady is very rude. And they need to hire more employees. Is unacceptable to be 30m in the drive thru! Like really!

The staff at this branch of CVS are helpful and friendly. Very customer service oriented. The store is clean and the pharmacy efficient. This site is a little bit off the beaten path so wait times for RX is very reasonable.

We have a lot of problems with this pharmacy. They are always in the weeds. Therefore, service is often poor, and issues with renewal and follow ups often happen. Also, a few of them are very rude, especially Emily. That person is out of control. The high turnover probably doesn't help.

I drive about 15-20 mins from my house just to fill my prescriptions at this location. One of the ONLY CVS that always have my prescriptions in stock and they are always ready when they say it would be. The pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and find. The pharmacy is the only reason this store gets 4 stars the inside staff never greets you or ask if you need assistance very unkind.

This store just stolen my extra bucks from my account and I resident in Ft. Lauderdale 3 hours away from this place a little bit more and manager tell me nothing they can due , how easy people get you information form CVS system and nothing happen I will take care this with proper authority and be careful look like CVS don’t care who have acccess to you account

been coming here for years. and today it took the pharmacist 50 mins to complete my order. i work at a pharmacy and i completely understand how pharmacies work and the average wait time. however. i needed a simply insurance change since my insurance gave up on me and i had to wait 25 mins for the order to be made and when i gave him the coupon it took another 20 mins to make the order again. it was a simple insurances change. i know it doesn’t take that long. at walgreens, we do not take that long to satisfy our waiting patients. i’m sure the pharmacist forgot until he saw me which it happens. i understand. but when u know it’s a simple change, why not do it right then and there and get the patient out of ur way??

Pharmacy needs a better custom service no empathy , drove 40min to get my medication pharmacy close Sunday 5pm got there 5:01pm they were still attending other customers but told me since was 5:01 they were closed and didn’t gave me the medication that I really need it at that time
