The pharmacist Mike is excellent….however the technicians are extremely rude and treat you as if you’re bothering them when picking up a prescription….never a smile or positive customer service.

I was happily surprised with the service and organization at the pharmacy. It’s not common that i am waiting at a cvs and i’m not annoyed or frustrated. I was very impressed with the people and how they run things. i like this cvs :))

Thank you to Mellisa never have i experienced such a warm welcoming experience, not only did she take the time to tell me about the benefits of cvs savings app , I only joined cause of her she really gave me full details on everything , she had the most uplifted personality and willing to help me , i never write reviews but because of her ima continue to shop there , thank you to Mellisa for being such a kind hearted person , we need more like you ! I know God has big things for you !

this CVS has always been a bit off. but today was my first time going into their store in years. i’ve been extremely sick with a high fever of 102. we were in the drive thru line well before 8 pm which is when they close. we were there for 15-20 minutes and they didn’t even care to consider that. the cut off time should be after the last car shows up before 8. but the pharmacists were terrible. said they had register closed already. all b.s. don’t go there if you’re in need of speedy service because that, they are not.

I called because I couldn’t see my script on the app and a gentleman called me right back and helped me transfer my prescription and filled it right away. Thank you for the great service!

This store is one of the best CVS stores I shop at, in terms of customer service. Derek and his team are so welcoming and friendly. Many stores now days don’t want to be bothered with people. It’s like use the seek service and get out of my face, but not these employees. They always seem so eager to have customers present and genuinely look happy to be at work! I pass another CVS just to come to this store, and I will continue to do so.

The customer service in the Pharmacy is not satisfactory, I went to pick up a medication for Blood Pressure, my doctor confirms that he has already issued the order, I go to pick it up and they tell me that it is not authorized, I have been picking it up for more than 5 years in This store. The person who assists me tells me that I should call the doctor, I go a second time and surprise, he is ready to pick it up. They should review their customer service protocols and not make customers stress and waste time because of them.

Super bad experience with a dispatcher who served me, super bad education and customer service, if you work with a costumer you have to have a good attitude towards the customer otherwise you do not qualify for this job even if you have a level of education to treat people badly The costumers should remove those people who do not treat the customer well with their bad attitude, if you do not want to work and you are tired, go home or simply look for another job that you like, it is not fair that I and my little girl have tried and he answered me so despotically, just because he was leaving for lunch, CVS pay attention to the pharmacy part because they have very poorly educated workers and that leaves a lot to say, unfortunately I have to come get the medication here my first visit and very bad experience, that's why it has bad comments, low ratings and it's not for nothing that I wouldn't recommend this place in the pharmacy part so that you don't have any unpleasantness, if you can avoid it it would be better

I went in , I actually had a coupon for 40% off. I needed change and EE denied me change because I didn’t want to purchase . One EE was going to do me the favor but the other immediately gave a remark . For future being nice to customer would actually increase your review percentage and probably the Experience overall .
