I visited the pharmacy and the front end checkout on May 19th and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The two associates at the checkout terminals provided exceptional customer-focused attention - friendly, pleasant, and genuinely eager to assist. Equally as impressive, the pharmacist proactively identified and quickly resolved an incorrectly billed prescription. Though there's a CVS closer to my home, I'll be changing my routine to visit this location more frequently based on this outstanding experience.

To the white woman who has worked at cvs for 11 years as you mentioned this morning. I see you. I’ve come inside this CVS for a while now and just had a baby therefore postpartum has not been kind to me when it comes to my underarms. Mind you I’ve gotten all types of prescriptions from this location to help with sweating thanks to postpartum. I’ve noticed you making comments before along with other staff or sniffling as you did this morning. But I smelled pretty great today. I hope you re-evaluate how you treat people not knowing what they go through. May you have the day you deserve.

I am impressed with the customer service and knowledge the employees have and kindness to my personal issues, dealing with a pinched nerve. I will make this my GO TO CVS for now on.

I just came here today, i usually don’t come to cvs but when i came in pretty much every single worker i walked past was friendly and said hi and asked how i was, it was incredibly surprising to me because i just don’t see that nowadays in drugstores i felt welcomed for the five minutes i was here. Keep up the great work!!

Although I know that it is a good pharmacy and this location, the store is very good, the service in the pharmacy and especially the Drive thru is a disaster, it took more than 50 minutes to serve me and only because I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He came personally and took care of me, it is a complete disaster and the customer service that Drive True at the pharmacy has is disrespectful.
Although I know it is a good pharmacy and this location, the store is very good, the service at the pharmacy and especially the drive thru is a disaster, it took more than 50 minutes to serve me and only because I called the store and asked to speak to the manager that he came personally and attended to me. It is a complete disaster and the customer service that the pharmacy drive thru has is disrespectful.
