I’ve been coming to this CVS for 5 years now. I have never once not received great care. Staff is very sweet, knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond for me and any requests I’ve had. They’ve greeted me and made me feel welcome. Customer service has always been top notch.

Pharmacy is run terribly. Wait to drop off a prescription is usually more than 20 minutes. And prescriptions take forever, in comparison to other places, to be ready.The entire pharmacy staff seems to have no idea what they are doing. The whole long line of people inside is just because no one can get their prescriptions properly from the drive-in lane.Probably just a head pharmacist/manager leadership issue. All the staff just seem confused.

The team at the Cvs in lakeunderhill and Dean rd is always helpful and friendly. I forget her name but she is the supervisor for the day shift. Amazing customer service. The manager is very friendly helpful and always says hello as well. All the best this new year. ? ?

The most horrible pharmacy! I scheduled a vaccine over a week ago, I took that day off from work in case of soar arm or anything, received confirmation for my appointment , one hour before my appointment I received a text stating ( for unforeseen reasons we had to cancel your appointment)? I wasted my valuable day off, called CVS corporate, they have no clue what is happening with this pharmacy.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I had an incredible experience with this pharmacy. I must admit, I’ve always been very partial to Walgreens because I’ve always had lousy experiences with CVS. However, Rachel and Brayan convinced me that there still are great CVS pharmacies out there. In the event I ever need pharmacy services from CVS, let me assure those who are reading, I’ll always make the commute to this location. The two previously mentioned technicians were wonderful and I hope they’re recognized for their hard work. Thank you Rachel and Brayan.

I will never go to this CVS again. The thin Spanish speaking, female employee was so rude and nasty that I was taken aback. I have never met any CVS employee who obviously hated working with the public so much. She had taken my phone number down wrong so my account didn't come up so I gave it to her again, throughout the whole exchange she was so rude and then just walked away. The other employee finished my transaction without any problem but the rude female employee then insinuated that my daughter had stolen something. I am so upset about the whole visit.I also want to add, that after reading the concerns of so many customers at this store, that CVS should be ashamed that they are actively NOT doing anything to right the problems in this place. CVS is letting its patronage severely down and there are plenty of other stores that offer the same services without the nasty, uncaring, unprofessional, ghetto staff!

horrible service the employees are rude and the medicines are never ready nor do they call to order them and another thing they have a recorder they speak Spanish and they always tell me that they don't have anyone lousy service that's why I already asked for my pharmacy transfer they don't work

Waited 10 min for them to pick up the phone, once they did they said they’ll check to see if my prescription was ready. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes unmuted, I was hung up on. After attempting to call back multiple times there was no answer. There’s always some issue with this location. I recommend going somewhere else to get your prescriptions filled.

Especially in the pharmacy that really rude is the Indian I think he's the manager and he got ugly attitude I hate to be there because the treatment for customers is really bad they need to do something about it because this is happening more often and this is not fair for customers

I am waiting in the Drive Thru for about 30 minutes and the car in front of me is having a conversation with the employee. I had lunch and everything lol.Please……,gooooo…. Horrible Customer Service. I’m up lol

Horrible pharmacy! Doesn't fill prescriptions for days. Long wait times in the store and at the drive thru window. I'm transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy ASAP.
