This place is an absolute joke. They act as if they are doing you a favor filling your scripts. After 6 months of use, the fastest I ever got a script filled was 5 days after it was called in. Twice they told me it's done and when I come in the script is not ready. They are rude, inefficient, and an absolute waste of time. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

I tried to reach CVS to check on the availability of a medication, but they only have automated systems answer the phone.
I called the Target store it's located in and an awesome employee walked all the way over to them so I could speak to someone, just so some mouth breathing donkey to be rude to me for no apparent reason when I asked about the availability of the medication I was looking for.
Get rid of this automated phone system CVS, everybody hates it.

The pharmacist who helped me was an angel. My meds are expensive and just moving to FL my insurance hasn't kicked in yet. She was so kind to help get my cost down and it saved me so much! Thank you.

Pharmacist refused to do vaccine when nobody else was there. Was told to come back as she was alone. It was 10:30. Very unhelpful

The pharmacist decided that she knew more then my doctor , when it came to how much I should take and for how long..My doctor had to call and straighten her out. So then I was told come and pick it up next day I said no problem. I show up next day. I was told comeback in hour..I came back in hour to find out they were out of stock....Where they really? Little things this CVS#5214 does......

This pharmacy is my go to even though they are further away. The staff is always trying to help with finding lower prices for my medications and other issues with insurance because sometimes my doctors make mistakes on sending the correct orders in…. Today’s medication was going to cost $183 for one month supply. The pharmacist took her time to find a coupon for $43! She is amazing. There needs to be more people like her in the world.

Seems that at times there's a miscommunication between the doctors office and the pharmacy. Specifically when electronic communication is used between the doctor, the pharmacy, and the insurance company. After talking directly to the pharmacist today, she was able to resolve a recent issue in just a few minutes.

Sabrina talked to me like I was 4 from the second I got there. Rude and cold the whole time. When she needed to clarify something for my prescription she called my name and I didn’t hear her (I have profound hearing loss and normally wear hearing aids; didn’t have them in today). When I finally did hear her I walked up to the desk and she said sharply “I’ve been calling you.” I proceeded to tell her that I have hearing loss and normally wear hearing aids, but she cut me off to ask her question and treated me like a child for the remainder of the visit. Figure out the customer service stuff CVS, it’s pretty simple. We can go anywhere for the prescription (and will, after experiences like that), so change your model and get nice people behind the desk.

The staff at the CVS inside of the Waterford Lakes Target are very helpful and caring. I would recommend this CVS to family and friends.
