I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS pharmacy. I arrived just before 5:55pm, five minutes before closing, while pregnant, simply trying to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacist, Samar, was extremely rude and ignored me while chatting with her colleague about another patient’s prescription. When she finally acknowledged me, she said loudly, “This is not the time to be picking up prescriptions, right before closing,” which made me feel very unwelcome. I mentioned that I was pregnant and only needed to pick up my medicine, but was met with no sympathy or understanding. She then told the customer behind me that they were closing in just 2 minutes, even though it was still 5:58pm, leaving us both confused. The staff seemed more eager to stop working than to help customers.
Considering the already low 2.1 rating and many other negative reviews about this location, my experience does not seem to be an isolated incident. This is not the first time I’ve faced poor customer service here, and it’s clear CVS needs to make some real changes and hold this team accountable. I hope management finally takes notice and improves the way they treat their customers.

Do not drop off your prescription here. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I have never been to a pharmacy that constantly loses a prescription. Their customer support is apologetic but that’s really about it, and even told me good luck filling it somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and go to Walgreens or Publix

Got into a convenient appointment for my schedule at the Minute Clinic here and had a great experience. The practitioner, Aquila, was helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.

To put it nicely, they are exruciatingly slow and incompetent! Vi, the “pharmacist”, does not have a good handle on how the pharmacy should run or be maintained. She should feel embarrassed and ashamed of the disorganization and the reputation of this location as she has no idea what she is doing. There’s always an issue with doing business here.. the latest stunt: waited 3 hrs and talked to staff three separate times in those 3 hrs just to get told that the meds arent available! Please, if possible, AVOID THIS CVS! They are making all CVS look very bad!

Geeeezzzz I just finished a call with this location, and they're rude. Person couldn't find me right away, I can hear some frustration. After he found me, there was a medication that I didn't pick up and wanted it transfered to my local CVS. Told my he couldn't do it which was fine, I understood. Just says bye and hangs up....wow. I don't expect stellar service but come on. My local CVS must got me spoiled with their customer service.

My visit was one of the worst cs experience I had in years!!. 1. When ask for help the workers one after the other will act and talk in a way as if they are too busy, they are not comfortable with helping and the person needs to hurry up and get out of the store.
This happen with over three workers WOW when I asked questions they jump at me so fast that I had to leave it alone and try to figure it out. I am not sure why of all the branches of store over many years, this one is very different and the action of workers are very similar. at the register the cashier close it down gave it to another worker to cash people out and take me to self service. I was asking him about the vitamins I end up buying one that I did not want and leave him to put back the others because of his ways. The one that affects me most is while he was cashing me out at the self serve and the person were cashing people out at the register he moved me from he walked away with the vitamins in his hand went through some isles then come back to me I was thinking why was he doing that. when I got home I notice one of the vitamin seal was removed, now I have to take the time to get it switch out, I paid for a membership and don't understand it because he was too busy to take the time to explain. I am asking myself if its because I went there from work with my SCRUBS (uniform) on. It was very bad and I hope others ant getting or experiencing what had happen to me!!.

The staff really go out of there way to help you. Each time I've been here everyone has been super happy and eager to assist.

Hello everyone, I am a loyal American Citizen, I got tested Covid Positive today at afternoon, my doctor prescribed me 3 medications, I was unaware due to sickness and they gave me only 2 medications instead of 3. I was untold about the other one that it was over the counter they did not aware me at all. I am a patient and verily sick. However, I called CVS they never answered and I received a call back and the male person just hung up on me without proper manner and I have found this very brutal. This needs to be @highlighted so no one face this kind of trash service from the pharmacy period.

Did everything they could do to make my experience horrible.You can't get thru on there new phone system and they never return messages..I had to drive there just to see if my insurance covered my script and to see if they had it...I was told come back half hour I went back I was told they were not going to fill because the script was from Tampa and they are in Orlando..After some back and forth with my doctor they said ok come back in 20 min..I came back in an hour and she said sorry we're out of stock try tomorrow and no partials

Pulled into the driveway this morning to drop off prescriptions for my brother who had just underwent oral surgery with sedation. The representative Sue stated she couldn’t help me at the drive through and I would have to go into the building with my brother who was highly medicated.
I told her I couldn’t leave my brother in the vehicle and she said that I would have to come inside.
Once inside Sue raddled off the wrong name then after correcting her she stated that I was all set and to pick up the items in 1 hour. In my frustration, I told Sue to look at the state my brother was in and I told her she literally made me come inside for nothing.
She then said it could be done sooner than an hour and I walked away.
You guys are in the business of providing medication for those in need but if we did not NEED our prescriptions. We would not tolerate any of it.
You should really host customer service trainings or revamp the programs you the CVS Pharmacy’s currently have in place.
Hoping to maybe one day see some change but I will not be visiting this location again.
