You can do better than CVS.
If monopoly healthcare locks you in, staff here is at least helpful.
They are still held back by CVS’s terrible system, which will fail to give you medicine and also call you during dinner to advertise.

I have been using this particular CVS for probably 20 years, ever since I moved to the area. It's also my pharmacy. Sometimes there has been snafus regarding my prescriptions, but it is inevitable these things might happen, because doctor offices and pharmacies often have issues communicating. Many times it is the doctor office who has not completed their end. I say this because I have ALWAYS recieved very polite and friendly help from the pharmacy in any situation. It is a busy pharmacy, so sometimes you have to be patient to speak to someone, but that is the case anywhere. As for the store itself, I always receive great customer service that goes above and beyond. The selection of products is amazing, and they are always adding new and exciting products, like the fragrance dupe line. I buy my high end skincare products here as well. John is especially helpful and knowledgeable and goes way above and beyond to inform you of where products are located and is generally a very knowledgeable person. I wish I knew the name of the younger woman who often works in the front, because she too is super polite, professional and lovely. Like I said, I have been going here for many years and I always get great service and find what I need. Right in the middle of college town, I am sure this location has its share of busy times and situations, but the employees here are wonderful, no matter what time I go.

Save yourself the headache and get your prescriptions from Publix. Great customer service. They don’t keep you on hold for more than 5 minutes. If you want to use GoodRx , they do it over the phone or they will do it through the drive thru. They do NOT have you waste your time to come in the building to have them do something that literally takes less than 1 minute for them to do. The way this pharmacy is ran is INSANE. The amount of bad reviews they have is ridiculous and should be addressed. I’ve switched all of my medications to Publix. Take a look at their reviews on Google, nothing but happy customers. Get it together cvs.

I just wanted to say I got helped by Melissa and this is the first time someone was so kind, patient and friendly. Melissa makes me want to visit this CVS location just because of how much help she provided and how nice and friendly she was. Please give Melissa a raise she deserves it.

Just tried calling for a prescription to be transferred from another location and I was told to please hold we'll be right with you and put my on hold for 15 min and then I tried to call back again and they just put me straight to on hold didn't even say anything. And to think I was going to transfer my medication because it's closer but not after this and the reviews I read. I would rather go downtown than go there.

Two weeks ago, I came for a prescription. Normally, prescription takes long time to prepare (like 2-4 hours). However, Enas was very helpful with me, since she gave it to me in 15 minutes once I told her that I need it as fast as possible due it a surgery I have in the next 4 hours.Thank you Enas
