They completely lost tracking of a medication a cancer patient needs to stay alive, THEY FLAT OUT SAID THEY DONT KNOW. The most pathetic and deplorable service ive ever experienced in my life. And thats bad considering i come from a third world country.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, but I rather see them in court. This past Friday one of the female employees on duty accused my 62 year old mother of stealing the week before. My mother is a stage 4 lung cancer survivor that just got out of Cancer Care. She entered CVS on Silver Star Orlando Fl happy to be self efficient only to be wrongly, and falsely accused of stealing the week prior. Harassed , embarrassed, belittled and falsely accused made her have a panic attack in front of the store. My mother called me when this happened, the employee quickly clocked out and left the store prior to the police being called by me. CVS , are you aware of this incident? ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Update: CVS did nothing about the incident when made aware, they condone this type of treatment of their clients. They are okay with false accusations toward elderly, black women‼️

Been a 35 year customer with CVS. That is until I moved and used the CVS in Belleview FL. They are not only rude and incompetent but have a go to hell attitude. They also ripped me off on bogo vitamins. When I brought it to their attention. They said there was nothing they could do about it. STAY AWAY from this establishment.

The most incompetent group of people on planet earth! My friend’s husband desperately needs his medication. They keep losing Rx and requiring more documentation while he gets worse and worse. These people are criminals!
No one should have to endure this kind of incompetency. I’m sick to my stomach over this. Somebody from corporate needs to get in there and organize these idiots.

Beyond incompetent. Website coding written in Mali. CSR's are all English illiterate....literally can't do anything right. Serious medicine in the inept hands of a criminally dysfunctional operation. CVS is now Aetna and no longer a pharmacy in any sense of the word. Too big too fail. Too incompetent and uncaring to be allowed !

Agreed. No one cares. Complained TWICE in one week about the CVS at Red Bug Lake Road and Tuskawilla. Pathetic. Staff is sooooo understaffed.

Oof...my heart goes out to you if you're forced, due to insurance, to use this 'pharmacy.' If your child's medicine is sitting up front (as deliveries are and have been for the nigh on 3 years now, we've been at the mercy of CVS' 'services') it may as well be in Hades for they shan't be able to find it and your kiddo gets to be in pain. The pharmacy techs should not choose a job where people's health and sometimes their lives, depend upon their doing their job and being competent enough to locate a rather large box, if they are not capable. What's more, when confronted with this blunder of theirs, we receive half hearted excuses and zero apologies for kiddo. Where has integrity and pride gone? Guess cvs doesn't pay enough for that....?
