Agreed. No one cares. Complained TWICE in one week about the CVS at Red Bug Lake Road and Tuskawilla. Pathetic. Staff is sooooo understaffed.

Oof...my heart goes out to you if you're forced, due to insurance, to use this 'pharmacy.' If your child's medicine is sitting up front (as deliveries are and have been for the nigh on 3 years now, we've been at the mercy of CVS' 'services') it may as well be in Hades for they shan't be able to find it and your kiddo gets to be in pain. The pharmacy techs should not choose a job where people's health and sometimes their lives, depend upon their doing their job and being competent enough to locate a rather large box, if they are not capable. What's more, when confronted with this blunder of theirs, we receive half hearted excuses and zero apologies for kiddo. Where has integrity and pride gone? Guess cvs doesn't pay enough for that....?

Please look at the reviews . They are making money by not filling prescriptions——this company is hired by our insurances to “manage” benefits but instead doesn’t give meds .This is unsafe and dangerous .

I worked in this nightmare office on John young parkway south Park area in Orlando . They are inhumane towards the workers. We are so micromanaged it makes us sick and I'll. Ambulance has come so many times to take people to hospital from over stress of the environment. I dont know how it's humane to run this office. We couldn't use the bathroom for over 2.5 minutes at a time or get written up or repremanded. When not on call which is usually 10 seconds to a minute we had to keep typing even if not working just to assist in managers games they play. You can't have more than 10 seconds of silence per call. You take about 45 calls a day they can't go over 6 minutes each cal all these issues get you repremanded and or written up . This job made me so mentally ill. The culture there is infact racist if your not black cultured or in that black community. Customer service tries but it's the office environment and upper managers that destroy this place. The turn around is super high my class of 30 had 13 left after 2 months. Peopl quit so fast. Were treated poorly so I apologies to you customers for us were miss treated all day and extremely micro managed. I'm sorry to all of you . I cared for every patient that ca

CVS special Pharmacy is without a doubt the worst as I type this I am in contact with my insurance provider and payroll company to ask for assistance to get my medicine. I am forced to use their service which can not get my meds delivered. Added to the problems their staff can not enter personal information correctly. Hold times are very long with no one able to solve the problems facing the patient.Our local store is rude and unhelpful so shipping to that location is no possible.

The actual physical CVS store, and CVS Specialty don't communicate with each other at all. If you have a 90 day supply of something, tell your Dr to send the script to CVS Specialty and save yourself hours of wasted time.Give them the 800 number, AND their fax number.

Scheduled a Monday delivery on a Friday. Called in the afternoon on Monday to confirm the order and delivery and they said the prescription was denied. After some digging they realized they had billed the insurance twice for the same prescription, the 2nd claim was denied so they cancelled the whole order. Have had nothing but problems and we haven't even gotten our 1st prescription from them yet. After they get this mess handled and get us our 1st prescription I am going to transfer our medication needs elsewhere. The people at CVS are completely incompetent.This is a specialty medication for our daughter. It's already an emotional time, I need to find someone that will make at least some of what we are dealing with less stressful, not add to it.

As a specialty pharmacy dealing with highly sensitive patients & medications that are critical/vital to the patients needs - we've had more issues with them than I would expect. Shipping out the wrong dose so we don't have the medication in time causing our patient to go 5+ days without medication. Billing issues every single time, cancelling prescriptions on the day they are supposed to be delivered due to said billing issues (not on our side - all on their side). I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone - find another option - don't event try to deal with them...

All the poor reviews I read are correct. If I could, I would rate them Minus 5. Been dealing with them for past 3 years and just not happy with their service. Have made several calls & complained about inconsistent prescription delivery by UPS and yet nothing has been done.My insurance company requires my signature so I would have to stay home when the package is being delivered to me. UPS sent me several notifications today by a text & email of delivery time from 8 AM - 9 Pm. Only UPS has such a large window of delivery times. I stayed by the door for 12 hours. Even spoke with Caremark Female Supervisor earlier, who assured my package would be delivered by 8 PM tonight. Even at 10 PM I'm still waiting. At 10:10 PM UPS sends me a text stating Now it will arrive by 9 PM tomorrow. There is no way I can stay home all day tomorrow.CVS needs to find a better option for me and resolve this in a timely manner before I stop using them for good.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Incompetent people who never know what is going on. Spent weeks trying to get meds shipped to me for a dr appt, which I had to cancel 3x and at the end if the day never got the meds in time for when I needed them. I spent HOURS on the phone with multiple associates during the time I was trying to get my meds and can confidently and accurately say I worked harder than they did to obtain my meds. What a joke this company is, there is clearly no leadership or effective management and people literally have to depend on them for life saving medicine in some circumstances. Shame on CVS Specialty Pharmacy! If my insurance options include a different Pharmacy plan I will hands down choose it over having to deal with this company again...no matter the cost.
