What a dumb people working at this pharmacy drive thru today at 8:55 pm. ready to fight after behaving unprofessionally when told to be nice. Another lady jumped from no where. thank god i go to Walgreens across for my family. They must have fought with few customers before and tried to anger out on me but i said stop acting like trash. no more this place for any need for sure.

I had just Gotten out of the hospital and I needed a 24 hour pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled and this is a wonderful, wonderful place. They're up with 24 hours a day. Prescriptions got them right away. Most amazing pharmacist, the most amazing people that help me. I cannot tell you how wonderful this place was.I will be loyal forever, so just know that Sand Lake road CV s.Is there everybody is just wonderful

I wanted to acknowledge Ricardo - Tech and Rujuta - Rph
These were meds I needed to have filled in a timely manner. It was a Sunday evening and was looking for a 24 pharmacy. I found this location and left a message with questions on two occasions and both were returned in less than an hour. I spoke with both Ricardo and Rujuta before arriving at the store. I appreciated them following up as the message system said I would get a call back and we all know that isn't always what happens.
At pick up, met them both in person. They were very helpful and had a pleasant personality. A stressful event for me was helped greatly by how these two people showed up as professionals. Please acknowledge them for their great work! Thank you.

I would normally give CVS a 5. However, today the line to checkout was unacceptable. You need more cashiers. They called for one to come help, but it took a while for her to get there. Then if someone had a issue at the self checkout, the cashier would leave from behind the counter and go help the self help customer, leaving us still waiting in line. This was a Sunday around noon time. Not a good experience. .

It is absolutely discussing to me that the would put a marketing sign up when I am trying to sign for my control substance medication. Keep your marketing to your retail business, stop trying to tick people into CVS’s stupid marketing scheme when I am trying to get life saving medication for me and my family. It’s disgusting and makes your customers and pharmacists life’s harder
This is predatory behavior and should stop immediately

I had my prescription transferred here on Friday since this location is 24 hours. The girl I spoke with had no manners and was having a side conversation with her coworkers laughing and making jokes- could not even give me her undivided attention for 2 minutes. I called 3 days later to see where my prescription was to find out that no one had ever transferred it. I’m furious, someone like that has no business working around people’s medications.
