The people are Friendly and very Helpful. The pharmacy can use improvements with reminding seniors of meds due for refill and follow-ups with patients doctors.

As I approached the check out, the only cashier there, "Janesse", walked away and went to the back of the store! I had to follow her and ask her to check me out. If your employees dont want to do the job, get rid of them. I wanted to put money on my "greendot" visa and she didnt know how to do it. You might want to TRAIN people too.

Janeese the cashier was exceptional however the pharmacist was not helpful at all. I felt so bad today with sinus pressure and needed guidance. She barely wanted to assist.... where is customer service???

The store staff is great but the pharmacy is awful. Most of their staff is rude and very disorganized. They give you deadlines but then do not order the medication, give incorrect information without double checking (like say your prescription is expired when there's an updated one they didn't check).Also, do not call...they are overly rude on the phone IF you get to speak to someone. If you are calling by the end of the day, they will not pick up the phone or pick up and then go mute like it's happened today. I called 2x waited about 7 minutes each time just for them to go mute right after picking up. I then called the front and right away spoke to Amy, trying to check how I do a formal complaint. The pharmacy is in the corner of my house, but I am transferring my prescription to another location due to the awful service.Do better !

Joey L is absolutely amazing. I’ve been running all around looking for a specific product and when I called this store, not only did he check for me, he had them waiting by the register. Once I got to the store, I witness how delicate and attentive he was to an elderly couple whose english was limited. Even going as far as to pull a translation app. He made my day that much better. I wish there were more people in the world like him. Keep being you Joey. The world needs you.

This CVS has gone down the drain.My Mom needed her prescription, we were calling the store for HOURS. I was at work, so I am calling and calling - I'd hear the somber hold music for a few seconds then it stops, but the iPhone shows the call timer still going. So, I get off work, pick up Mom and head to the pharmacy. There was NOT A SINGLE customer there but there were 4 people behind the counter! We ask why aren't they answering their phone. She says no one has called. And asked if I have the right number. We have been living in Metro West since 1991 when it was Eckerd Drugs before CVS. Like HELLO this is the only number I have EVER had for a CVS! We ask about our script and it required 3 of 4 people in the pharmacy looking at a single computer monitor to figure their s*** out. As they are doing this, I call the pharmacy - same thing! Somber music for a few seconds and then dead air and the phone wasn't ringing while I'm standing back there. I told them , I'm on hold and there is no answer, one older lady and middle aged lady start smiling hard trying to hold back a laugh. I spoke to Will the manager and told him tomorrow he needs to go back there and turn the ringer on. By the look on his face he knew the complaint was coming about his pharmacy staff. I'll make this complaint to their corporate office as well. I've been trying to get ahold of MW CVS from 12 noon right until I was in their face at 7:48 pm Friday October 14, 2022!Just riding the clock and not answering the phone, doing ABSOLUTELY nothing. Ridiculous! I didn't think to take a pic of them and post it, I should be making another visit soon and I'll update y'all. A person working there did say there have been many complaints. A store closed down and these lazy asses got moved to MetroWest because of seniority with the company, and they took the good one and moved him to the Turkey Lake Store. You are dealing with people's health and their drugs needed to survive! Get it together!
