Went to CVS on Conroy and Windermere today Front store. The cashier Rebecca was busy with another customer so I decided to divide my order up by me paying for my items at the self check out and my son waiting to pay for our OTHS items once the cashier finished ($150). I had about 14 items rung up at self checkout and was ready to pay for my items when I reached to the left get my wallet from my son by the time I went back no more than 10 seconds the young girl Rebecca, cancelled by transaction with one button, without saying anything to me. The whole $40 transaction was gone. I said what happened? She said I cancelled it. I told her it was not ok, and was rude and asked her to apologize. She refused to apologize, walked away, and said I’m not going to help you, use the self checkout. I called for the manager SHARON (wonderful manager knows how to deescalate) who rang me out and apologized. I am not happy with REBECCA. Pull the tape, 1:30pm on Sunday August 11, 2024. She needs to learn empathy, and the power of sorry, I think it was a racism issue. She looked at me and simply refused to apologize.

Sharon is an awesome employee and manager. She is very knowledgeable and observant. She asked, did you find everything you needed? When I mentioned to her I didn't find CVS vitamin K she knew it was in stock and said I'll show you. I found this to be amazing that she knew the store's stock and was knowledgeable related to the different brands.
The store is very well stocked, clean and organized.
But was even more amazing was during this time she encountered a very hostile customer and she handled them with professionalism and poise.

Why would you take away the ability to talk to your customers. I have a question that would take a few seconds to answer. But have removed the option to speak with a pharmacy tech. Now I have to waste gas to get my question answered.

Disgusting store. Entire store has dirty, debris, stains on carpet. Mens bathroom had toilet overflowed with #2 on floor from over flow. Women’s restroom had toilet paper and trash all over it. Had to clean toilet lid before I could sit down. ?

Sick as a dog, light cold took a turn for the worst while on vacation. Went to the urgent care around the corner who sent three scripts to this pharmacy, one was filled with my current name (the only name the urgent care had) and two were filled under my maiden name.
This wasn’t caught by staff until they filled one, told me it was the only one they had. Ran back to the urgent care for paper copies, back to cvs where I was then asked do I have another last name? Um, yes but why on earth would that be the name CVS filled it under? Now the scripts were filled but since I got paper copies they were invalidated …. Over 3 hours between urgent care and this pharmacy.
The staff was at least decent enough to expedite the scripts and seemed compassionate which is hard to find, but overall experience was terrible.
The other thing is that my scripts were sent by urgent care at 920am, I go to pick them up immediately and the pharmacy didn’t even open until 10am with ten people standing out front. I’m sorry, if there are that many people waiting for you to open YOU NEED EARLIER HOURS.
The entire CVS Caremark conglomerate can go to hell.

Good choice of products and found some great pricing on several wines that were being discontinued. Great Service.
