I have never had more aggravation dealing with a pharmacy in my!! There automate systems never work. It’s giant waste of time. You try to avoid and they put you in a voice system and never return the call. What gives? They won’t refill my cholesterol medication because it’s too early I never received but they charged my insurance for it. Trying g to fix this requires an act of congress. I have called multiple times and spoke to my insurer they need to reverse the charges. Local store can’t do it. Need to call someone else . In this day and age I dont have several days 10 phone calls and multiple visits to a store to fix this. Meanwhile I have no medication for 21/2 months. Perfect. These stores need to be managed they are awful. Can’t wait to get away from them

Pharmacy is useless can’t get anyone on phone anymore and at the counter they aren’t much more help about if a prescription is going to be ready today or not so been waiting all day and still don’t know no wonder closing stores

My wife and I were shopping at this location this morning. Mr. Justin provided great service especially since patronizing other CVS locations the people are not as kind, considerate and attentive to the customers needs. So I'm done shopping and go to walk up front to pay not an employee in sight, then all of a sudden as I'm using the self checkout (which is all that's available) I can see an employee kinda beside but behind me acting busy while she's watching me then a second later a second employee appears behind me watching me. Then they come together directly behind me to have a conversation. I'm sorry it was just very uncomfortable, if your worried about people stealing or you can't trust your self checkout or customers, and your gonna be standing there anyways watching people, you should just check them out then. I will not be returning to this location. They made me feel very uncomfortable.

This has to be the worst cvs pharmacy there is. They're never available by phone and in the miracle they answer, they're rude and quick to try to not solve your problem. This one is the closest to me and I drive 2 extra miles each way to go to the one in SLR because I trust they can answer my questions.

Even if it says open till midnight they always close 5-10 minutes early, so they can be home by midnight. The lady was arguing me about the time that it was already midnight which was 11:57pm. If it says open till midnight, it’s garra be open till midnight, because it considers false advertisement.

just keep hiring employees like Robert!!!! super polite guy patient and kind I was extremely well attended by (him) I had to wait for the mixture to be ready meanwhile I watched the other 2 employees who seemed extremely nervous and rude shouting to each other, until one of them a lady with glasses came with the medication , I asked her if there was someone who spoke Spanish to help me , she hostilely told me “ English is spoken in this country !!!! you don't need that, just do your job politely, I complained to the manager about her, I hope they put her in her right place, have more education!

Keep hiring staff like Robert at the Conroy Windermere, location who was working this evening 1/27.Robert at your Conroy Windermere location was very pleasant and professional. We initially went to Walgreens to do our passport photos and the lady at that location was so rude to a point where my wife and I decided to go elsewhere. We contacted your location on Conroy and spoke to Robert, who was very courteous over the phone and in person and we greatly appreciate that. He is definitely a great asset for your company and you should commend him for a job well done with us and I am sure you would have received others as we saw how he was interacting with other customers with a smile while serving us. Kudos Robert ! Keep up the good job !
