You can have a variety of products in this place. However, if you need the pharmacy you will face some challenges. I saw many clients being mistreated, because some people on the staff are incapable of having the basic manners. Ingrid was one of them. When I arrived with the prescription she did not asked if it was an insurance. It was my first time and I am not familiar with the insurance system. So, as a normal person without the information, I asked her about the system. She said just go to the other side.I asked again why and she was like ‘other side’.While I was in line she misstreated another customer and didn't apologize. There is no problem directing me to the direction they needed to go. The problem is the inability to explain how the insurance process works.I wonder how difficult it is to spend 1 minute and explain the system to the customer. I understand the lack of employees in Florida, but hiring professionals with this level of behavior for such a renowned pharmacy makes me wonder about the training they receive. Tyra was the person who explained the system to me (thanks!).I hope the boss is aware and sees what happens on camera. At the end of my service, as you can listen in the video, I had to explain to Ingrid that when a customer is not familiar with the system, it is part of her job to explain, because it is easy to do it.

Everything is bought out. Pharmacy staff is just wants us cattle out of here. They are not nice. Your computer systems are messed up. My saved FSA card is always missed or declined because the old one keeps showing up. My old email keeps showing up. In pharmacy my email disappeared. Really not impressed with this store. I cannot see how it can sink any lower. Running out of pharmacy’s to change to. But this one always takes at least an hour of my time.

My CVS in NC is like a perpetual dumpster fire. I stopped at this one tonight and received prompt, courteous service. The store was clean and felt safe.?If you locals don’t like this CVS, could we maybe arrange a trade?

10/17/2023Extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and gas lighting managers. Starting with Patricia, I went to make a purchase today and I then intended to pay for it on the self checkout register. I was supposed to get a discount on my purchase but the register did not prompt me. I asked Patricia who was behind the counter for help and she reluctantly gave me instructions to solve the issue, but the instructions she gave me did not work. She then became very impatient and continued to address me in a very belligerent and berating tone. When her instructions did not work I had to ask her to come and help because she did not offer it. This is when she became extra brutish, scolding me, and laying into me and berated me as well as what seemed to me, wanting to publicly humiliate me. I was taken aback by her lack of customer service skills and of how rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional she is. I told her to forget about it, I left the merchandise and I did not buy a thing. I spoke with the general manager about the matter but he did not strike me as someone much better suited to serve the public neither. I have been a customer with CVS for a long time. I'm not buying anything from your store anymore. I went to Walmart bought what I needed there and saved a good amount of $. You see how this thing works, we do not need you! You have got to get rid of these terrible attributes of the people you have employed and put in leadership positions. They seem to hate serving the customer and seem to be very enamored with the idea of their "managerial "titles and positions, but they treat the public like their subordinates and like those who are beneath them. Some of your managers seem to be very selfish, unprofessional, and egotistical people, who should never be put in the front of the house or allowed to deal with the public. This is destroying your business.

The African American girl who works in the pharmacy has really bad customer service. I went to pick up my sons medication and she asked for his DOB, and I provided it to her and she hangs up the phone and starts to eat her food and begin chatting with her workers. I said “hello” because I’m watching her to see what the problem is and a very friendly Indian lady comes to assist me. I understand we all have bad days but being kind costs nothing!!! Employers should really focus on training in customer service a lot of people lack it!

Called the pharmacy to get info and confirm that they have the medication (as it has been in short supply) and had the most unhelpful, short, rude person on the phone. She said "I don't know" and "whatever", it was like pulling teeth to get basic info out of her. I still have no idea if/when there is medicine in stock- will go elsewhere. CVS, you need to do some serious customer service training.

Young lady pharmacist with the braided plaits helped me get my sons prescription from the walgreens that he desperately needed. The pharmacy looked extremely busy and she made sure her boss received my sons medication before our flight and helped us with a coupon on the prescription, thank you so much to that young lady I did not catch her name.

Went in to the minute clinic at this store right after they opened at 9am. I asked if they could see my son as a walk-in for a rash on his leg that was getting worse. Over the counter meds were not working. I just needed a script for a stronger antibiotic cream. There were not any patients being seen, yet they refused to see us without an appointment. I asked if I could make make an appointment, but was told they were full yet they had zero patients in the clinic. Very poor customer service. I should have read the reviews before even trying to go to CVS. I went to another clinic nearby and they were happy to help my son out. I’ve been a loyal customer to CVS for years, but will not be going back.

I have been waiting on my prescription for almost two days. In pain and tired of waiting, I call the pharmacy to get the status. A guy answers and puts me on hold. No “thank you for calling,” no “can you please hold.” I sat on hold (trying to be patient) for almost 30 minutes, so I had to hang up and drive to the pharmacy. When I get there, I am told it’s ready and it’s been ready since yesterday! I ask why no one called and the tech says “we don’t call.” How else are we supposed to know it’s ready? In all my time on this earth, the pharmacies have always called to let you know your prescription is ready (even if it’s just an automated message). They get an F. I’ll never use CVS pharmacy again.

Great communication before the appointment for our vaccine. Upon arriving the Team was very courteous and professional. The Pharmacist was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He made us feel at ease. The bathroom and the Store was very clean and well stocked. I love the variety of items in this store. The entries and exits were clear and easily accessible. I would recommend this store for service and shopping.
