Customer service has gone way down lately. I called to get my kids prescriptions refilled. Totally aware that I was late to pick them up and that they would have to call again to get them in. I didn't reiterate the entire situation because she kept telling me that she couldn't hear me and then she asked me she was on speakerphone. She was not and I was in a quiet room focused on this one call with one person trying to be polite. But the lady on the phone with the heavy accent was talking down to me the whole time. She was acting like I had yelled at her and demanded my kids' medications. She told me that I turned notifications off, which I never did and I actually in person have asked about the notifications and nobody was ever able to give me an answer. So I figured the notifications were a discontinued service but she was talking to me like she knew that I turned them off. And I wouldn't have even brought it up if she wasn't talking down to me about picking up my kids medication late. She was completely responding like I had been yelling at her and if anybody knows me, they know that I'm in general quiet, to myself, and polite. I'm not confrontational but honestly I was sick of her attitude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what was going on or she had just gotten yelled at by a customer but that's what she was acting like. I was politely asking the status of my kids medications and to see if we can get the ball started on getting them ready. It almost sounded like she was reprimanding me for not picking up the medication on time. Again, I was just trying to get the ball rolling and get my kids medication process started so that I can eventually pick them up today or tomorrow or the day after if possible. At the very end of the call I could barely tolerate her tone anymore and I even had to tell her that I'm not calling to yell at anybody and that I just wanted to get this whole thing started. Ridiculous that I had to say anything like that to her in a tone that I'm not comfortable using but I was really getting sick of whatever was going on with her. I generally give people grace but she kept on going. I'd appreciate calling and not getting talked down to for someone who is either a rude person in general or who had a bad situation from someone else. Very disappointing.

Wishing I could give 0 stars. I have always had issues with getting any prescription refilled on time with CVS so I had to be proactive and refill five days ahead. Their information is not up to date with the doctor's. When you show doctor proof, they claim it's falsified. They will not talk to customers in this scenario; only doctors. Which causes more delay hence needing to try refills FIVE days in advance. Currently, if I follow their system (not the doctor who went to med school), he will miss FOUR doses. He runs out Saturday.
I recommend Publix. They get it.

I haven’t shopped there in a very long time but the prices have increased so much is not worth it . The customer service I received is not that best so.

Went there this afternoon because I am out of town And I left my meds at home. These sweet ladies gave me my one dose and I was on my way in a jiffy. Thank you. People like ya all make life easier.

Leaving a review for the pharmacy fair they know I’m going to the FDA for giving my grandmother someone else’s medication giving away PHI and violating HIPAA law just so they know they are a horrible pharmacy (won’t post pics due to that is someone else’s medication info)

Started getting attended at 1:25pm, asked for a second to get insurance information, since I didn’t have it right away said I needed to come back after 2pm, completely horrible way to take care of the customer. Time is extremely valuable, for a customer that drove there and waited in the window and was attended should have been taken cared of and not sent away due to an upcoming break.
