Went there this afternoon because I am out of town And I left my meds at home. These sweet ladies gave me my one dose and I was on my way in a jiffy. Thank you. People like ya all make life easier.

Leaving a review for the pharmacy fair they know I’m going to the FDA for giving my grandmother someone else’s medication giving away PHI and violating HIPAA law just so they know they are a horrible pharmacy (won’t post pics due to that is someone else’s medication info)

Started getting attended at 1:25pm, asked for a second to get insurance information, since I didn’t have it right away said I needed to come back after 2pm, completely horrible way to take care of the customer. Time is extremely valuable, for a customer that drove there and waited in the window and was attended should have been taken cared of and not sent away due to an upcoming break.

I use pay it here to make a deposit to my checking account because there are no fees. I usually go to the one just about 2 miles to the south (better service there). I was making a deposit and I did see the sign they had to call a manager to approve the deposit. Everything was going fine until he asked for my ID? Come on banks do not ask IDs for deposit only unless you are making a withdraw at the same time. I will more likely go to the one closer to me, which has better service, then coming to this location.

Severely, severely understaffed. Routinely takes 30+ minutes just to pick up a prescription that's already been filled, no matter what time of day.

Sometimes the only way companies learn are by getting sued. When you have to keep returning 7 times for medication because the staff is incompetent, end up in the er or worse yet dying, who do you think is going to be accountable???Think I am switching over to Walgreens. I can only handle so much stupid. So tiring having to use my brain for cvs pharmacy employees.

Overall bad customer service at the pharmacy. Save yourself the frustration and go to Publix or even Walmart Pharmacy.

Do not go to this CVS!!! Pharmacist is very rude and racist. She screamed at my 83 year old father shaming him for speaking Spanish. How can a person that works at a pharmacy providing medicine to seniors and sick people dare to shame and berate their customers? Service is not free, all this people writing reviews about the rudeness displayed at this location are paying customers. The fact that CVS decides to employ and keep these rude pharmacist and technicians only emphasize that they do not care about their customers, it's all about profits. If you can go somewhere else, please do so and avoid being shamed like my father. Total disrespect, you don't scream at an 83 year old person for speaking Spanish.
