I have immense appreciation for Fay and her remarkable talents. Every time I've visited her, I've been really happy with my haircut.
A couple days ago, I decided to try a different salon with great reviews, but I ended up with the worst haircut of my life... just look at the picture. Fay managed to transform that disastrous haircut into something amazing.
After today's experience, I promised myself that I won't go anywhere else but Fay's salon. The quality of her work and prices are unbeatable.

I did a group on with them , and it says you need to make an appointment first. I called several times left messages and never got a call back. I never got to go there

fay does good hair but she was very rude
She talked to me as if I was a little child and I didn’t like the attitude at all I felt out of place considering it’s a black own business I wanted to support and I left tip regardless . Be nicer to customers and smile more !!!

I am writing this review for hair cut/ layer cut/ short hair cut/ pixie cut. I had layer cut 5 months before and it was amazing. After few months I decided to go by pixie cut . I tried number of high rated costly salon in and around orlando. All I did is spoiled my hair cut. I nearly had 2 cuts in a week to fix a bad hair cut. Finally I called Miss Fay(owner and stylist) for an appointment and requested pixie cut to fix my very bad hair cut. She gave immediate appointment. She is kind, amazing and skillful. If you are looking for hair cut expert , you will need to go to Miss.Fay. Her price is reasonable . You will feel to pay more for her creative dedicated work after the haircut. She is super kind and listens carefully to understand your demand. She is super skilled for any type of hair cut. I highly recommend her. No second thoughts . Go for her. She will do magic on your look and your hair. Thanks Ms. Fay.

Emily was friendly and listened to my concerns. I told her I want minimal damage highlights and she used single process highlights instead of using bleach. If she had told me I can’t get more then 2 levels lighter without bleach I would have gone with the bleach. I give her 2 stars because instead of full highlights I received only 20 something foils and I have thick and full hairs. I have minimal highlighted hairs it looks like partial highlights. The color I received is too warm toned and it has made my greys more noticeable even though she told me highlights will camouflage it. She saved a lot of time and product from my services. I’ll try some other stylist next time definitely not going back.Service: Hair highlighting

I found her on Groupon and I love my hair i am always picky about haircuts but she did so amazing. she is a true hairstylist, i used to go to dominican hairstylists where a blowout was very painful and hot but with her it was the most relaxing hair experience ever, i will def be backServices: Blowouts
