I purchased my second new car last night. Brett and Ed both were fantastic and I’m glad the finance manager really took the time to explain to me the loan, how the warranty work and also how GAP worked. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as GAP and surely appreciate the recommendation. The reason I came back for my second VW is because they are not sales people. They don’t force you into anything. No pressure sales tactics. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Caveat emptor. Finance person insisted that the $700 detailing package was already “on the car“ and was not able to be removed. I made the mistake of stepping out of the office for a moment, as the paperwork is being signed. After the fact, I found out that it was in fact, optional. It forces you to come back to their lot every six months for an unnecessary detailing job. He neglected to tell us that and instead acted as if it wasn’t. The entire time the paper was being signed there was constant, inane, chattering by this person, and in my opinion, it was simply a distraction. At one point he said, “ I feel like we are friends”, to which my daughter laughed because it was so disingenuous. I spoke with our sales person on Sunday and told him that we felt they had ripped our daughter off and wanted the $700 detailing package removed from the Loan amount of her car. He said he would ask the finance person to call me… The call never came, shocking.I will be pursuing this, until my daughter receives the money back off of her car as, she should know not to allow people to take advantage of you and get away with it.So, if the car lot doesn’t want to be honest, I’ll pursue this through other avenues.

Had to have my 2014 Passat Serviced here due to the uniquely VW specific issues developed over much time and many miles. Nicholas 'Nick' Rooks, the service consultant took good care of me and my car. After service was complete, a whole new issue developed with my tail light. Nick and the team took care of it right on the spot, with no extra charge.

There were shady tactics used to sale me a used car. I drove off the lot with a three doored car! Meaning the latch was missing off a door. The back camera was supposedly not working however once I got home I figured it out. The salesman (E) the manager (R) the co help (D) convinced me that VW would take care of this for me so I was okay with that. However, I didn’t have the car for a week & it cut off on me 3 times while In traffic. I brought it back to the dealership to express my concerns about safety in the vehicle. (3 guys vs 1 girl) They blamed it on the door not having a latch & you should turn the auto start off. 1 rep even stated “ you can take the car to another dealership & trade it!” Didn’t even want to hear me out.But right after that one says “it’s the battery”Basically they didn’t know! They schedule me for service the next day. When I walked inside (R)the manager confronts me by saying “ I don’t appreciate the 1 star review” I responded “ I didn’t appreciate the customer service” Makes me feel like I was pressured to leave a good review! I asked to have a Gas voucher because I had to visit the location twice to have them fix something that’s under “warranty”. Rob’s response “we only offer that service to OUR certified cars”. Although the car has 2 year warranty & it’s a VW I purchased from them. Long story short if it’s not a new car your EXPERIENCE will be completely different! Customer service is not their thing over here it’s STRICTLY SALES! Wish you all luck!

I visited a few dealerships before finding VW North, and I am so glad that I did. The entire team was great to work with, and they made sure that I was happy and comfortable with the purchase of my first new car. Shout out to Danny, Brett and Josh for going the extra mile for me! I absolutely recommend VW North to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

I chose to give this dealership a five out of five stars simply because they made this process so smooth. My experience at this dealership was unlike any other, great people great atmosphere, we worked together and came to a great agreement. The staff look out for you and don’t try to just sell you a car. I would specifically like to think Brett, Danny, and Jamie for making my first car purchase a blast! I am very happy with the amazing customer service that was provided along with my beautiful new ride :)They exceeded my expectations! 10 out of 10 I would recommend :)

Christopher Parks and Danny made buying a new car a wonderful experience. Chris was transparent and honest - giving us the information we needed to make the best decision for our family. He was extremely knowledgable about the new Atlas and all the trim levels. He also gave us time to really think about the decision. We have been talking with Chris for years about this purchase and he was kind and patient as we thought this decision through and saved up money. I would honestly return to buy a VW just to let him sell us another car! Also Danny was so helpful with the financial aspect and helped us calculate numbers to make the deal work. He was also kind and patient with us.

I have been in the market for a GTI for nearly a month.I came into Orlando VW North, with a printed list of multiple GTIs that I had identified.I arrived at Orlando VW North and said I wanted to test drive a specific GTI.They had to ask the manager if I could test drive a GTI. The manager denied my request and basically said I wasn't serious about buying a GTI. The staff then asked where I worked, implying that I was just wasting their time and couldn't afford the car. They also claimed they never this many GTIs on their lot, while also turning away a prospective buyer. I am a serious GTI buyer. I've never been refused a test drive, ever. This is by far the worse I've ever been treated by a car dealership. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other VW dealers to choose to from.

Mark and Dave from the service department provided excellent customer service by helping me get a replacement tire for a vehicle that I didn’t purchase from their dealership. They special ordered my tire and got me back up and running in no time! I called around to other locations and no one was willing to be as helpful as they were! Definitely recommend this location.

Car keys were stolen couldn’t drive. Ordered new car key was told it would take 3-5 days for it to arrive and be programmed. It ended up taking 17 days.My key was ordered incorrectly 2 times and it only got resolved because I was calling constantly. I have many outgoing calls to the parts department and 0 calls from them. They never checked on my order once without me calling. If I did not call the key would still be ordered wrong.When it arrived I was never called by Will in parts who knew I had been waiting for it for over 2 weeks now due to their errors. It caused a delay of another 2 days because I had to call once again even though I was told multiple times I would be called as soon as the key arrived. When I did Will rudely transferred me to the service department before I could speak because he knew he should have called me. Let alone apologize for the overall terrible experience I’ve had.The service person Mark tried to tell me the key arrived the same day it finally got ordered correctly which is impossible. Also claimed to have called and left a voicemail which I have 0 evidence of. He was also unaware that I had been waiting so long due to their error so the parts department did not communicate it was a top priority to him.They did comp the reprogramming fee which in my opinion is the bare minimum.Reached out to the customer service team via their website during the process and never was contacted by them either.Overall there was zero care or attention put to my order despite it being ordered wrong multiple times. I will not be back.

Can't speak for the dealership as a whole, but the SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE IS EXCEPTIONAL. I have never, ever, had a better customer service experience at any other dealership. There is truly a special group of people working at this VW service center that provide an incredible level of customer service. On the 3 separate occassions that I've had to bring my Golf R here, I was helped end-to-end with timely updates and people going out of their way to make sure my experience was great, questions were answered, and problems addressed. Nick at the front, Brian in service, Will in parts and Ken (Mgr?) all were fantastic and delivered truly world class customer service that they should be proud of because it is RARE these days. Thanks for making my day better every time I have to bring my car in!
