We went without an appointment store manager or so. She seemed just directed us to look at dresses and didn't really seem interested in helping us. Once we found a few dresses that we were going to try tamisha, your other attendant, and the store was more than gracious and was very kind helpful.

Absolute worst experience EVER!! If we could give 0 stars, that would be better than 1. Unfortunately because of traffic, we were 15 minutes late for the appointment. We called twice, letting them know we were going to be a few minutes late, and they assured us that it would be ok. From the moment we walked in the door, it was the most chaotic, rushed, non-caring bridal appointment. We were told to start picking out dresses until our stylist came over to greet us. Like..what do you mean, we need to start picking out dresses!?! There are hundreds of dresses. We all looked at each other like “where do we even begin!” “How do we know where her sizes are!?” SO MANY QUESTIONS AND UNCERTAINTIES. Our stylist came over finally, and I can’t even honestly tell you her name because she never even told us. Before we knew it, we were rushed into a dressing room, with a bunch of dresses just randomly picked. I was the one helping my sister get in and out of the dresses. Our stylist was apparently out getting more dresses to try, but she never once helped in the dressing room. It was literally a whirlwind that lasted a total of maybe 20 minutes, that’s it! It really felt like we were being pushed out of there. No lie. No exaggeration. My sister, the bride to be, was so excited for this appointment, she has been looking forward to it for weeks! When we walked out, she was in tears and full of anxiety. I went back in and talked to the manager Jess, and she was apologetic, but really, at that point, what was that really going to do? She offered for my sister to make a new appointment for another time, but that was an ABSOLUTE NO THANK YOU! NEVER AGAIN! Your staff needs to do better.

Very nice staff with lots of dresses and sizes to try on. Lighting is bright. Lots of mirrors. Not intimate. It's the warehouse big box store of dress. But you can find something that works for you and your crew most certainly.

The customer service is bad. they expect you to choose a dress after trying on just 4 dresses.

I was explicit what style and fabric I needed. While getting alterations I sent a pic to the bride. She said it was the wrong fabric. Two staff disagreed. I made them look it up. Sure enough, bride was right. I had to find a whole new dress in that visit that would arrive in time and not need alterations. No cool.

I went over the weekend for my sister in law’s wedding dress fitting and from the beginning the service was sub par. We were told over the phone that the dresses we initially wanted to see during the appointment weren’t available to look around and take a picture of the tags but don’t pull the dresses off the rack. Then miraculously the dresses we originally wanted to see were available and when I see how this woman dragged the dresses from the racks across the floor and continuously during the experience kept stepping on them I could tell we weren’t shopping here. Some dresses even had the lace area across the chest all ripped up. I can see why. The way I would’ve handled those dresses to take them to the fitting room would’ve been with care making sure they didn’t touch the floor and not step on them.
They put us in a dresses area with no riser to stand on and even made a comment about my sister in law’s upper body shape instead of making her feel beautiful and confident. They compared her to Luisa from Encanto. I was horrified having been a part of other amazing dress shopping experiences with family and friends, having to experience this. I will never step foot again into a David’s Bridal or recommend it to my friends or family. We quickly went to another shop nearby with similarly priced dresses but experience was night and day and we definitely gave them our business.

Our first and only wedding dress shopping with my daughter, 8 year old granddaughter and one bridesmaid, not a huge gathering, showed up on time for our 1;30 Saturday appointment. Was greeted by a hostess who directed us to look around and our stylist will "find" us. We already had a dress in mind online and had no idea how to find it in this inventory. After 25 minutes of roaming we headed back to hostess and I asked her how will our stylist know what we look like we haven't even met and she insisted she will call our name out in this ever so busy huge store! So I said we will wait here for our stylist to attend to us now. All of the sudden she appears looking like she's been looking everywhere for us. My daughter shows her the online dress we go to our Walmart dressing room area with all these other dress shoppers and we're ever so kindly given 2 chairs we were so grateful to have in our tiny little corner right with everyone else. My daughter needed help with zipper and immediately our stylist was mia, so I of course jumped up to help and then she barges in opening the door wide open for all to see my daughter half dressed. She came out and the stylist assisted with fluffing the dress but only enough to cover our area and we couldn't get a full view because she didn't want to encroach on our neighbors who had 6 people with them and their wedding wasn't until 2026 ours is this year and they didn't buy a dress today like we did they tried on 6 we tried on 2! Our stylist was helping them as you can see in this picture Lisa is in black back turned to our neighbors. She was quick with us to give one or 2 accessories then dissappear. My granddaughter sat next to me in the 3rd seat that wasn't occupied and our stylist c asked her to get off that seat as we are only given 2! Yet when we came back later with my granddaughters dress BOTH our 2 seats were taken by this large party our stylist was so attentive too AND she never made them return our seats while my granddaughter was trying on her dress which we purchased as well. We asked for a different dress for my daughter she brought it back we loved it, but once again we couldn't get a full picture of the train because our stylist didn't want to encroach on her other non buying clients. By the way the purchased dress was well over 3k so it wasn't as if we were "low budget" she quickly got the bell gave the heart and did all that so fast I never got a video in a flash! Then she took our pickings to the register and we said we had to still shop for our 8 year old dress. She was never seen again until she told us our time is up!!!!! Literally chased us off!!! We tried on 2 wedding dresses and one junior bridesmaid dress! We were unattended for the first 25 minutes of our appointment time and rushed off after one hour of an experience we will never get again ONE dress shopping!!! Further more they don't allow mimosas or food and don't offer it either, I'v been to 2 very intimate dress shopping experiences with my daughter in laws and it was private and the stylist stayed with us from start to finish. Also the check out was a complete mess, she hung our dress at a counter the hostess points us to and an elderly lady was standing behind the counter fixing a different dress while we waited patiently for her to start checking us out and she walks away, I turned to hostess and said she'didn't wait on us, so the hostess tells us to get in line with a different cashier all the way down far from our dress hanging there ever so forgotten...this cashier was so busy upselling her current customers that this area became heavily congested and they put another cashier at the original register where we were standing first and I'll take the next customer as if we were at Marshalls!!!! Just so rude and so Walmart! We canceled our other appointments with this company and because alterations aren't included in such a large purchase we are going elsewhere and spending more money but nev

I didn't like that all the
World sees you have no privacy with your people. I didn't like the treatment they gave me and every time I wanted to measure something they told me to see if there was time. I didn't feel comfortable at any time.

Found the dress, but the female manager would not provide a discount for getting the wedding dress discount from the floor. She said it was new but there were damages that was not getting compensated.

I wasn’t gonna say anything but, the person that helped us was very nice, she was really detailed about everything informed us well. Another lady working there that was just cleaning asked me when the wedding was i said in 2 yrs bc mind you we want to move it up but we both have personal things happening and i wanted to see what style would suit me best bc it was going to be made by a family friend bc i wanted it custom made but if i were to find the one while bridal shopping I would’ve probably gotten it a few size bigger to get it tailored later on. Now the lady and my stylist went away while I was trying on one of my dresses and my maid of honor for the wedding went to find her to ask if she could have me try on a dress she thought i’d like and when she walked up the lady that was cleaning the mirrors was talking crap about me. Now she doesn’t know our situation and I bet she just saw a young girl messing around (Mind you yes I know I look young but yall don’t know my age so.) But if i did love a dress i’d 100% get it a few sizes bigger and so on. I did end up finding the dress I loved in a different bridal store that was MORE respectful, more in touch with the client, and really wanted to do everything to make the experience amazing. I’m very upset with that experience and you should NEVER talk about a customer behind their back just steps away. I’m glad I didn’t hear it because I would’ve dropped everything and left. It’s disappointing seeing adults being disrespectful like that near a client/customer. Honestly if you want a good experience just make sure that lady isn’t working. At least my stylist was respectful if I could rate just her customer service it’d be 4/5 but that lady REALLY just ruined it completely.

Danie was so wonderful!!! Every member of David’s Bridal staff was so kind, welcoming and helpful! I found my bridesmaid’s dress with such ease and everyone there made the experience so fun! Danie was attentive, helped me with finding the best fit and even helped put my heels on so I could see how my dress would look once we got it hemmed. Truly the best experience and staff! Thank you!
