I went to DB last Saturday (the one by Millenia Mall, FL). It was a long day since it was hard for me to pick one dress I loved. Alex helped me the whole time, she stand by me and never left my side, she made me feel like a princess. She was committed on helping me find the dress that made me feel complete. I left that Saturday so I could be able to think a little more, but I went back on Sunday. That Sunday she saw me and she was so happy I was back I she made me feel welcomed. She wanted to make sure I could find the perfect dress for me, and I did ! I found the perfect dress for me! I'm so thankful that I had her in this process that is so important for me. Couldn't have asked for anyone better than her! She's was so professional and she felt like family. Thank you for being so great! YOUR ARE THE BEST!

Jessica was amazing. She has helped me in the past with finding a wedding dress but she is exceptional. If I could have her be my wedding dress specialist for every time I come in, that would be amazing. Her customer service skills go above and beyond. She is the best person at David?s Bridal Millenia.

This was my first stop for wedding dress shopping. Just planned to look. Ended up finding my dress. Jess was great!!! She didn?t use pressure or scare sales tactics, which is usually a corporate store approach. I actually felt more at ease and trusted her more since she didn?t pressure me. She listened, gave suggestions but didn?t lead me to what she thought would be best.

What an AMAZING experience I had at David?s bridal! Elizabeth my stylist was amazing and Chris the manager was phenomenal! They were the perfect duo to help me find the perfect fit! Our experience was so wonderful that it had my family and I in tears. I felt welcomed and cared for. They took the time to understand my needs and concerns and truly made my experience personal! I had a situation where I purchased a dress but I wasn?t so sure on it so before leaving I sought to get my uneased questions answered and left the store with the dress of my dreams and with a great big smile on my face . I'm dropping to a three because the alterations department needs SERIOUS help! When I went to get my dress altered, there was a total lack of organization. The place you "check in" had no one standing there. I waited for my appointment and they took at least 4 people ahead of me that didn't have an appointment (I know because they asked them and they all said no.) What's the point in having an appointment then if walk ins are seen first? The lady that did the pinning was very nice and swift. I only needed a bustle. They give you a slip of paper, you sign and out the door you go. Later, I get an email telling me to pick up my dress on a Thursday during the time I'm at work..?? Little odd, so I call and ask about my dress to see if it was done early. (My dress arrived 2 months early so I figured I'd ask.) The woman on the line was not helpful at all. Her name was Jenny #1 they don't tell you to keep the slip. My slip was misplaced so I couldn't give her the slip information #2 she seemed annoyed that I was calling. She said "I don't know your appointment because I don't have the iPad." That's a lame excuse. I asked nicely "could you please check because I don't have the slip." She says "well what's your name and number because I don't have it here and I'll call you back." I leave my name and number. #3 She didn't call me back for 4 hours.. that's right... FOUR hours! Not only that but she called oddly at the EXACT TIME one of my bridesmaid's was picking up their dress and she happened to ask about mine. #4 she tells me my appointment time is the random Thursday. I told her I didn't make that appointment. She argued with me and said I did. Why would I make an appointment during my work hours? #5 I ask to reschedule it. I work out a time on a Friday and she repeats back to me "ok, your appointment is Thursday at 5:30p" after we JUST RESCHEDULED IT! I said "no, you just told me my appointment is Friday.." she says "yeah ok, we see you then" (and yes it was said just like that.) #6 I get an email reminder about my Thursday appointment (what?!) today. So I call to clarify the switch yet again. The lady on the line says "alterations" and doesn't whisper a word of her name. She is still more polite then "Jenny" but asks me to hold and then looks up my information while I can hear everything she is doing and saying. What happened to a silent hold or an actual hold? It was so loud and unprofessional. She finally finds my information and says "yes we will see you Thursday." I said "no I called and rescheduled this almost three weeks ago." She tells me "you didn't, it says here it's Thursday." At this point, I'm trying not to be angry and simply ask to reschedule (for the 3rd time) #7 I didn't receive a confirmation email about the appointment change. Why? Any other time, my email is barraged by ads and other useless crap from David's. Why not a simple email for confirmation when an appointment is changed? It makes no sense! Our first experience with Alix was amazing but I can tell you, save yourself the headache and get your dress altered elsewhere!

Terrible, it?s like a factory experience- not intimate or special at all. We had appointment and were told my daughter could try on 5 dresses (which we watched being tried on others over and over). No suggestions given from the assistant on adding belts-veils-straps etc. We had to ask for those items, what colors it came in etc. I won?t name the assistant who helped us because it seemed to be a store wide thing as we watched it going on all around us. We left here and went to Lily Bridal Outlet on Colonial and it was the complete opposite and happy to say that over there she found her dream one of a kind dress at amazing price with the most special personalized service.

It was like a factory experience, we watched same dresses being put on people over and over. It was a hurry up- you can try 5 on and then move on because there are others waiting and we had an appointment. We left here and went to Lily Bridal on Colonial Dr and it was a complete different experience. Found her dream one of a kind dress there but even better was the personal experience we had vs this factory type from David's.

After shopping online, I knew exactly the dress I wanted. Rose is the stylist at David?s Bridal. She was so amazing with everything! She made it fun and comfortable to be there. When the shoes I wanted weren?t available at the store, she brought out 2 similar shoes just so I would get the feel for my big day. She styled my hair with a hair clip similar to the one I?d picked out, exactly the way I wanted to style it for this special day. It was perfect!! She helped me add my shoes, hair clip, and earrings to my wish list. I?m so very excited! Thank you Rose for a great shopping experience and for all of your knowledge. It was truly wonderful. I?ll be coming back to shop for my flower girl dresses.

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica yesterday at my 6pm appointment. Upon arrival she guided me through the available dresses, asked questions about my budget, style etc. She even pulled the dress that I ended up purchasing! Jessica was attentive, kind, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I plan to recommend Jessica specifically to my other friends who are planning weddings as well! Jessica made my day and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding next year. She is a gem!

Alexa was beyond amazing with helping me find the perfect bridesmaidâ??s dress. I live far from the bride so I was on my own and a little nervous, but she connected with me on a personal level and gave me genuine opinions. I found a dress that both I and the bride love with the help of Alexa! Elizabeth was also incredibly helpful by showing me what the dress will look like once itâ??s tailored and the employee (I did not get her name but she as working on September 11, 2019 around 10:45AM) who was working the welcome desk made me laugh and feel very comfortable right from the start. Overall an awesome experience!

Mideline the Bridal Consultant went above and beyond to help us find The Dress! She helped us pick the right accessories to make my friends wedding vision come true. Julia was AMAZING! I went in thinking I wanted a clean, Vera gown and came out with a lace Galina Signature. She really understood what I wanted and brought out dresses that complimented my body type. Thank you SO much David's Bridal team and Julia ð??? Update: I went in to pick-up my veil because it had come in and Kimesha helped me find my Day After dress for a brunch we're having the next day. *BUYER BEWARE* you can order online and have the ability to return while if you buy in store it is a final sale. Also when you order in store, the dress will take MUCH longer to be shipped. They held mine in "processing" for 3 weeks before I finally said SCREW IT. They kept telling me would be here by the promise date which was only 1 week before my wedding date, but would not provide tracking, etc.

I went to Davidâ??s bridal today for my first time ever appointment to try on wedding dresses, which I anticipated to be exciting and fun! It turned out to be worse than I could have EVER expected! I made an appointment for bridal and bridesmaid fittings. The lady in the front asked me to pick dresses I like and take a picture of it to show to our assigned person that will be assisting us throughout our experience. The store manager was the one to â??assistâ? us. We had to wait cause there wasnâ??t enough room for my party to sit. My bridal party showed her the pictures that we took and only received three out of the many pictures we took. She brought back a dress that she thought I would like ... I tried it on two times and determined I did not like the dress, but it seemed she got offended and replied with a snarky remark, â??what arenâ??t you wowed about nowâ?. She didnâ??t know that my bridal party had a dress fitting appointment as well and once she found out, she was no where to be found. I left that store feeling disappointed and robbed of my first time experience. I should have been the â??luckyâ? bride to have been paired with the STORE MANAGER but it was the complete opposite. She made a comment, â??good luckâ? on our way out the door (in another snarky tone).

My mom and I set up an appointment to try to find a style of wedding dress that would be perfect for my upcoming wedding... Elisabeth was the dress consultant that made this trip so much fun!! She was so kind, thoughtful, and encouraged us to take pictures along the way for a wedding scrapbook later on. (A perfect idea if you ask me!) Everyone at this David's bridal makes this event worth the trip. Trust me, I was a bundle of nerves but Elisabeth knew how to make this event exciting and not stressful. I can not than her enough for the time and care that she put in to make this moment so special for my mom and I. Looking forward to wearing this dress on my wedding day!

Phenomenal experience! I was simple to please -- I knew the four dresses I wanted to try going in. We tried them, we got one, we got shoes, and we got out. For me it couldn't have been better!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kimesha is wonderful! She sprinkled me with pixie dust and just enjoyed the experience with me. I'm thrilled with my dress and the level of service that I received. Do not have any doubts! David's at Millenia is the way to go!

Had the best experience at this location. Had previously gone to another location where I ordered my original dress and was told certain alterations can be made but was lied to. Went to David's Bridal close to Mellinia Mall and they saved my wedding. Tia the store manager spend hours with me to make sure that I found the perfect dress and also discounted it heavily so it was affordable. I can't thank Tia enough for making sure my wedding day will be perfect and making me smile again and look forward to my wedding. Everyone there is amazing but she is truly a gem. I will definitely refer this place to everyone.

I got engaged in June and started looking at dresses on the David's Bridal website soon after. My fiancee and I have a date and a couple of venues in mind, but haven't decided on anything yet. However, I was still so excited that I went ahead and made an appointment at David's Bridal. My appointment time was 1:30pm and I got there at 1:15pm. The stylist didn't come see me until 1:40pm. The first thing she asked was the date and venue. When we told her we didn't have an exact date or venue yet, her demeanor changed completely. Her response was, "well what are you here for?". I was taken aback and said I was there to shop for wedding dresses (obviously). She didn't ask me what styles, color, shape, or fabrics I liked. She just asked if there were any dresses I liked while I was looking around. Consistently throughout the appointment my stylist just walked away to go do something else. During my appointment I even had to put my clothes back on and go pull dresses for myself since she wasn't pulling any dresses that I liked (because she didn't bother to ask me what I liked). I fell in love with a couple of dresses and felt pressured to make a decision that day. She kept telling me that 99% of brides find their dress the first time they go dress shopping. I'm an indecisive person so I knew I probably wasn't going to decide on a dress that day, even if I found the one. We told her this and yet she was still pushy.

I would probably go back to this location, but with a different stylist.

We had such a great experience finding our bridesmaids dresses! We were running about 35 mins late to our apt and as busy as they were, they still found a consultant to help us find the perfect dresses for our bridesmaids.
