I must say, I was dreading this visit. But the staff from beginning to end, the folks at db Orlando were extremely pleasant and honest. Starting with the ladies upfront, Joanie was very accommodating.. kudos and hats off to Emma West. She went above and beyond to be sure all the bases were covered and that they were doing everything they can to help me. Side note: (she’s cute too) I felt very cared for. This is my first accident ever and I was very anxious and overwhelmed trying to figure out my next steps. Luckily i found DB Orlando collision through google and was impressed by their reviews and decided to give them a shot. Kyle was very upfront and transparent about the damages and their process. John and Emma was awesome in terms of communicating and educating me during the repair process, it gave me the peace of mind knowing my course of action ahead and to not get screwed over by the insurance company. I’m very happy with the service, and would highly recommend you to give them a shot if you’re in a similar predicament. Thank you team!

The only place you want to take your car to for post accident repairs etc is Ricky, Emma, and the whole crew at Db Orlando Collision Clinic! They’re the best at what they do and were responsive and answered any questions I had promptly! Great business.

DB Orlando is my go to Collision Center. They have assisted me and my colleagues several times. Most recently a tree fell on a vehicle while it was on my property. DB Provided a fair quote and a short timeline for repair completion. Even though a major hurricane occurred while the vehicle was in the shop, the Team at DB still had my vehicle ready when promised.
