Hi! I been shopping at DD’S for 10yrs plus.Today l bought 2 chairs as my cashier was about to give an extra double bag the cashier Next to her name Diarianny interrupted and told me she’s not allowed to give an extra bag. l requested to see the manager to have an extra bag he said yes. Then the front store manager after he left said sorry you can’t have the bag. Horrible customer service. l only ask for the bag because you’re are not allowed to take carts out to the vehicle. Bad customer service!

Affordable clothes for the entire family. They have things from toddler bottles to bedding sheets and toilet seats. They have a great versatility but the merchandise does go quick and they switch things out frequently. So if you see something you love take it ! It might not be there next time

I shop at this location often today however after today I will not be returning unless something is done. The manager on tonight’s shift was very rude to the customers she was arguing with them and when told that is not the way to handle customers she stated how she did not care. She was very rude and distracted me from my purchase, nearly making me want to just walk out without making any purchase. I do not like to spend my money where costumers are not valued. She refused to give her name when asked. She’s a big boned, short, Caucasian woman with shoulder length curly hair she needs to be fired for the way she treats customers. I will not be returning there.

Sarina the cashier was incredibly rude, I understand being in a rush. But being so lazy as to just scan an expensive shirt twice to make up for the fact that a shirt of clearly lower quality not having a tag was insane. A 14 dollar shirt and a shirt that I could tell was only worth about 6 dollars going by the quality of other shirts in that price range are completely different. I’m not wealthy and I really can’t afford things like this… please make sure to higher kinder staff in the future.
