horrible service , they give you the round around , all the representative give you different information they all lost I payed for express shipping the package been in theire warehouse a few days and they keeps giving me excuses and excuses .

They held my shipment for days!!!! And all they could do is apologize and they don't offer any kind of solution. I had express shipping and yet it's three days late because they want to take their sweet time in delivering.

We have been told at the last minute to go the drop off center in Orlando. We had 4 luggages and 1 box, so we thought it was going to be a bother for the center, but TONY and his coworkers were AMAZING ! He secured checked, printed and attached labels for each item! He was calm, kind and very helpful! Grazie Tony!

They send me a message if I dont pay duty and taxes they will return package. I pay, they send me tracking with delivery date package requires signature I stay home and now they change the date due to overage shipment. So I have to waist another day just to be home for a signature so I lost money from work for no reason because they overaged shipment. Great company. Amazing..

If i could leave 0 stars i would LMAO. I've bought from multiple sites where they deliver from DHL express. every time it has said delivered and has been not at the house or even left transit. i remember when i was a hatchling.

My package arrived in Orlando this Monday, and it was also arranged for delivery, but I don't know why the address is wrong. I checked the sender's invoice and the address on the invoice is correct. I changed the correct address online on Monday afternoon, and then checked with the customer service twice on Monday night and Tuesday morning to see if my address has been changed and whether it can be delivered to me on Tuesday, and all I got was a positive answer. But on Tuesday afternoon, it showed that the driver could not find my address and returned the package again. Then at 3 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon, the woman who claimed to be the supervisor assured me that I would definitely receive my package on Wednesday, and then I didn't get any news about the package on Wednesday. I contacted customer service on Wednesday afternoon and evening respectively, and all I got was sorry, The customer service on Wednesday night told me that if it doesn't arrive today, it will definitely arrive on Thursday morning. Yet on Thursday, I still hadn't received any updates about the package. When I asked to speak to the supervisor again, the supervisor told me that my phone number was wrong and that someone changed my phone number to the order number. That's why my package can't be delivered, it's ridiculous, don't you need the order number, address, phone number and name every time you contact customer service? So what are these customer service staff doing? What are the people at DHL doing? I keep telling them that there is something very important in the package and I need to get it on Tuesday, but it is Thursday night and I still don't know when my package will be delivered, I have offered to drive to Orlando to pick up the package , but it still doesn't work, it's just too ridiculous!I wouldn't even give a star if there was a lower rating.

Worst delivery service just check this video, I was waiting for the package and the delivery guy just barely touched the door, didn’t even push the button of my ring bell, my dogs didn’t even bark, and immediately reported it like no one was home, and now I have to deal with this on Monday because a lazy guy did not do the job right.

I’ve been waiting for a package for 4days. I have gone over there and spoke to the desk person gave them the address of the place where I wanted them to deliver the package and my package is still not here for four days. This is the worst. Worst company ever I have a scene they cannot fully function the right way one makes it worse that this company does not let consumers call the place where the package is at. This is the worst concept for a company like this DHL you are the worst company in the United States.

If 0 stars were possible, i'd leave none. But several days, customer service has said "You can pick it up for tomorrow". Approaching my flight, they are still denying my package. Terrible service.

They deserve no stars! Have had my package for at least a week and will not deliver it. Keep on saying it will be delivered tomorrow and never deliver. On top of that customer service has been terrible and the training for their team is awful no one ever knows anything, they just keep repeating false information and never will escalate or let you speak with a supervisor! The worst I have ever experienced. Will never use or buy from a company that uses them again!

DHL Express = Horrible service. We pay $1000+ to ship international expedited and package sits at their Orlando Hub for 4 days, promising they would deliver the next day, which never happens. Have to go pick up package myself because the rep says they are too busy to deliver package.I would give zero stars if I could.

The people working the counter were very polite and respectful. I had to send a document, there were 2 other customers there with me. It took 45 minutes to get through the other people and through my simple document shipment. They desperately need two or three computers for customer service. Really glad I don't have to do this often
