I called ahead to verify the shoe i was looking for was in stock. When i got to the store I ended up waiting for 20 minutes until somebody vould bring them out. Minor inconvenience but I wish they'd staff more people. When i bring the shoe to the register, the price was $40 more expensive than what was confirmed over the phone. Since the person on the phone didn’t give me their name, they said there’s nothing they could do. I drove 50 minutes and wasted a bunch of gas for nothing. Save yourself the trouble and order on amazon. Consider yourself warned, this location will simply waste your time and try to scam you by changing the price at the point of sale.

Store was super clean, & well put together. It only took @ 10 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help, which honestly I appreciate! If your the type that doesn't mind paying more for products because you can try them on to fit, this is an amazing store. Pricey, but quality!

Do not buy shoes here.
The sales associate didn't know what they had in stock and did not make good suggestions based on my concerns. They did not help measure my feet or ensure that I had the right fit.
I should've left there, but it was early Sunday morning and they were one of the few places near that was open.
After getting a pair of shoes that I thought fit right, after wearing them for part of the day I realized they did not fit well at all. When I went to return them, still in a clean condition in the box etc, they refused the return citing a small scuff on the treads.
That's $180 down the drain for no good reason. I have been the fool here so that you do not have to be.

Earlier today I was attended to by Jess whose professionalism is exemplary. Jess was extremely courteous and went over and beyond in finding the last unit of an item that was inconspicuously tucked away in a display case. Orlando who checked me out was also very patient and engaging as Jess searched for the said item. I give both of them a big thumbs up for their five-star service!

Very nice people and great customer service. Unfortunately i had to bring back the bike i bought because when put together the handlebars were not tightened enough and my suprise forvny daughter was deflated. I wanted to suprise her w a bike, but sje couldnt ride it. Im sure they will fix it and appoligize. But i am bummed my suprise was somewhat ruined.
