Poor customer service. The lady Esther at register 102 that cash my husband and was rude. She ask did we find everything we needed and my husband replay yes but she didn't hear him and she ask again!! However while she cashing us i didn't like her way of being. She was a bad vibe putting our things inside the bag.. I'm surprise that we receive that kind of customer service at this location.

Helpful staff, clean, and organized store. Just keep in mind that it's pricey with very few sales.

It's a nice large store, but it does not stock much outdoor equipment. They have a large section for baseball and golf but are very limited for outdoor.

Bought a Mongoose Comp Mountain Bike 1 month ago for my sons birthday. He uses the bike to get to work and one particular day, the chain comes off. My son was able to get the chain back on and get back home. Ive read some other mixed reviews about issues here and there but gave it a chance bc I thought perhaps the Techs at those locations made minor mistakes, it happens.. So, I call ahead of bringing the bike in and was told Id speak with 1 of 2 mgrs when I arrived to take care of things. I arrived with the bike, tech takes a look and cant seem to duplicate the issue but attempts to tune it a little. I dont get to speak to any of the mgrs that were mentioned but got to speak to a "Store Lead" which pushed the extended warranty for issues like this. My rebuttal is the bike is two weeks old and shouldnt have this issue so soon. She made it seem like they did me a favornto fix it without the extended warranty. So, I already left annoyed..Fast forward a week and some days later, the chain come off while my son is riding home! No hard trailing riding, no gear changing, just drops! I was prepared to buy my next bike from Dicks but nah, Ill take my money elsewhere or perhaps buy it, then take it to a repair shop for the real tune up. Makes sense? Probably not, thanks Dicks! Unacceptable smdh..

Staff walked by me, avoided eye contact, then when they did look at me there was no smile, no hello, no how can I help? In fact, i felt like maybe i was not welcome for some reason. They just stared. Retail is all about customer service. Made me pretty uncomfortable. Retrain your staff.

Wore the slippers for 1 day but it was too big on me so I went to go return it but they said that it had wear on the bottom and not returnable. The slippers were bought in the same condition and they don’t want it back. Very bad customer service and faulty products.

Big thanks to Jim Henson in the golf department, I brought in my Scottie Camron putter that was horribly bent out of shape and within a couple minutes he had it fixed like new and he was super knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. He’s the man

Recently purchased an electric bike. Nicholas the bike tech treated us very nice and gave us excellent service. He is very knowledgeable about bikes and gave us great advice. Also we bought a floor model because that was the last bike left. Nicholas stopped what he was doing to get our bike ready to limit the time we had to wait. Thank you Nicholas!

Impossible to shop for clothing. All the sizes and inseam are mixed up. Nothing is consistent.

We had such an amazing experience at this location! Ester angel and emiliegh are fantastic customer service employees with diligent attention to detail! Be sure to double-check your receipt against your items when checking out! The cashier double-counted one of my purchases, but I only found out after getting home. The store refused to correct the charge, and I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the purchase.

First, John, thank you for your patience although you did not check us out since you needed assistance which you requested from Irene and she so rudely responded. Once Irene assisted us before even a hello, we were greeted with a irrate response about store policies. Irene should learn customer service or at least people skills.
