Though there are plenty of items in this store, very few satisfied my desire to buy anything. The prices are fair, to include a Hickey Freeman suit that I pondered purchasing, but I prefer the selection at the other store that's at or near the Fashion Square Mall, on the "east" end of Colonial Drive.

STORE IS UNSAFE!!! I went here with my wife and 3 year old daughter. While looking at shoes my daughter grabbed a shelf and it was not secured properly. The shelf fell off and on top of my daughter and simultaneously hit my wife in the foot which then broke her toe. After 10 minutes of searching for an employee I found one and informed them of what happened. THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE and told me there weren't any cameras so good luck trying to sue them. I asked for a manager and was denied. He then told me maybe I should have better control of my daughter. She is 3 years old she is going to touch things and their shelving should be secured to the point it doesn't fall down when touched by a child. That will be the last time Dillard's ever gets my business. If management or corporate sees this I would highly recommend reaching out to resolve this issue because we are planning on contacting a lawyer otherwise

I watched a TikTok video featuring a Dillards Clearance store. They called it Dirty Dillards, and they were not wrong. I had to walk past many dead large bugs on the floor, icky. They did have quite a selection of clothing. Keep in mind these items were all the clearance from the Dillards department stores.

Went to this store and they would not accept my canadian mastercard without a Zipcode. I live in Canada, do not have a zip code. Did not accept my postal code. Cashiers were not helpfull

Nice selection, higher than expected pricing. The dressing rooms look horrible. If you can dig for bargains it's worth it. Sadly the prices could be less if they didn't a)c the entire upstairs not being used.

First of all, I love how they color code each section! So if you go in and you’re looking for black shoes, all the black shoes are together so just for your size. Same with all the clothes! There are tons of options in a wide variety of price ranges! The store was very, very clean and there is plenty of staff to help if you had questions. we were looking for a dress to wear to a formal wedding and although we didn’t find something we liked there were a multitude of options. 10 out of 10 recommend!
