I had a great experience yesterday when Discount Propane sent Dallas to install my gas line hookup for my new gas grill! Look at the results. Cleanly installed, nice and neat. Since I have the Discount Propane tank for my gas range I thought why rent the portable tanks for the outdoor grill? This was installed with a 10’ slack of line so my grill can be moved around on the patio. I haven’t dealt with a more friendly, sweet and knowledgeable kind of young man like Dallas in a while. Yes I’m old. I felt like calling his mom & dad because it was amazing to me, that someone from his generation carried himself like a seasoned professional, yet polite and humble as pie. I hope the company appreciates this guy! I am very pleased and highly recommend Dallas, and Discount Propane.

I contacted them 6 days ago notifying them I have a leak in my home. The person I spoke with stated they'd have someone out the next day to repair. Nobody came. I called back again...they said someone would contact me. Nobody contacted me. I called yet again and they said they were understaffed but someone would contact me to schedule a time...that was 3 days ago. I turned off the gas to my house and am looking for a different company.

I have had a great experience with this company. I recently had access issues on my road that prevented me getting my tank filled. Discount propane bent over backwards to make sure I had gas for my home until I could get my road fixed. Every one from the delivery manager, Eddie to the Gas tech went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even the companies owner drove all the way out to my house in Lake county to make sure everything was good and we had gas for our home until the access issues were resolved. Thank you guys again!

Just wanted to share my genuine satisfaction to Discount Propane. I had them install a tank in the ground and I was just worried about my yard. Throughout the process and the service they were very courteous and assured they’ll do whatever it takes to return it to normal, to which they did.
Everyone I encountered throughout, was very professional.

I had my 250 gallon tank inspected and filled. Now I’m on auto refill so my whole house generator will never run out in an emergency. Technicians were very knowledgeable. Great company.

We have been with Discount Propane for over 20 years. They have always been very responsive when we needed them. We had to have a propane gas line moved in our attic due to remodeling. The 2 technicians took the time and physical effort to find a pin hole leak that had developed. IT was clear that they were not going to leave until they found it. The leak was undetectable to a human nose (ie we had no idea it was there). It was brutally hot that day. The techs were on their stomachs in insulation on the 2x4 bottom cord of trusses to find and make the necessary repair. Very very pleased with their work ethic and attitude. They did not complain once about what they had to do.
