Went for a plug and dude said can't but I got this $50 tire for ya... Then proceeded to add all the fees and bullshit bringing to just below $100. For real y'all?? Went to Amigos and got the same tire for $50 out the door.

My experience at this location was absolutely horrible . I waited over hours just got get brand new tires . They suck at communication . I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going here .

Worked with Chase. He gave good customer service and was fairly knowledgeable. I got 4 new tires, and they beat their estimated time to have me out the door and back on the road.

I drive my car into this place purchased a total of 4 new tires from them and couldn’t drive it out of the lot it’s now stuck there with locked wheels

I booked a 3pm appointment for a tire rotation. Arrived at the same time as a walk in customer and had to wait for their vehicle to be serviced first. They didn’t start my car until 3:28pm. Do the appointments really matter?

Shout out to Ariel at Discount Tire! The first day my daughter moved to the area, her pickup truck tire separated and was wobbling dangerously. It could have blown out on her on the freeway at any time. Ariel tested all four of her tires, sold us a replacement at a great price for the tire that was separated and no longer usable. And he gave us a great warranty on all 4 tires, all within an hour. Nearby Pep Boys, Tires Plus, and Wal-Marts didn't have the tire size in stock or nearly the level of customer service diagnosing the need and not overselling us. I highly recommend Ariel and we will be loyal customers for as long as my daughter is in the area!

I had to come back and leave a review of this tire store because they literally saved my trip. I have a Rivian R1S and blew out a tire in the middle of the night on a Friday. We were moving 14 hours away and had our suv packed to the brim. The rivian service center wouldn’t squeeze me in for days, but Dalbi at this location worked a miracle. He was able to source the tire we needed from another location, and fit me in the same day. If we’d had to wait on ordering it, I would’ve been stuck in Orlando for 6 days in route to our new home. My husband and I are so grateful and Dalbi has made me a Discount Tire Customer for life.

Mathew and his team at the Orlando store on W Colonial Drive did a wonderful job taking care of me today! I HIGHLY recommend them for your tire needs. These are great people!

I must said in the 20 plus year I had coming to this location is coming to a end not even when all the previous manager wich i can mentioned every single name , was running this location did what this new management did to me, I came to this location with a nail in my tire they claim they could do it, at the end I end up buying even my front tires, but with my nail one they fix it and obviously they did a bad job they decide gave me my tire leaking air, I come back several time until they told they can't do nothing for me when they are they one that mess up my tire doing a hole even bigger than the nail did is a shame .... if they where honest they will say it, never ever again

I have used this location for my last two tire replacements. The first time, I had just moved to Orlando and my tires were BARE. They were the best price around and had me turned over and back on the road super quickly. Today I came back in because my car had started almost shaking and the tread was almost gone again. I still had coverage from the mileage guarantee on the last tires, which they honored. They also told me after the new tire install that they didn't have the tires I had paid for, so they upgraded me at no extra charge. A different tire store had made up other issues and all I needed was new tires. I am so beyond happy with their service. If you are in Orlando and need new tires, THESE ARE THE GUYS TO GO TO!!!

I go there periodically to have the air checked on my tires. On this trip, the young man helped me to decide if there were any tire concerns. I scheduled to bring the car back... I appreciate his helpfulness.

I first met matt at the palm bay location. I just drove from Indialantic Fl to colonial drive, Because I found out that he became manager at this location. For me, customer service is Everything! Congratulations Matt and thankyou. I highly recommend this Location. I'll be back.
