I always buy my tires at Discount Tire. I’ve always been fairly happy at any location I’ve gone to. But I was extremely impressed by this location. I called to tell them I had a flat and was trying to get it take care of after work the next day. William was the one who answered the phone. He got me an appointment for when I was wanting and even ordered a tire to have ready in case they needed to change it.
I cannot say enough good things about this location and William. He anticipated problems before it became a bigger issue. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
I’d definitely recommend this location. It’s the only one I’ll be going to from here on out.

Discount Tire on John Young Parkway is the best! I spoke with Connor about my tire issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I was totally pleased with the entire team and experience. Service was very quick. Thank you so much!

Easily made an appointment online. The technician greeted me as I parked and helped me get my car tires inspected. Very quickly they gave their recommendations and I gave approval for four new tires. A comfortable waiting area and bathrooms are available with a baby changing station. I would return again for service. One note the women's bathroom lock would only work if you fully close the door.

My husband got 4 new all terrain tires here with a discount for a promotion they had going and an alignment! Owen and Mike were amazing! They didn’t have our tires in stock so they drove to pick them up, came back and put them on. They were quick and provided great service! So helpful! I appreciate y’all!

Today I went to Discount Tire to get a new tire for my daughter’s car. A service man named Owen greeted me right away and gave me exceptional service. He was extremely helpful and he listened to me and helped me get the best tire for my daughter. I ended up needing 2 tires and I felt good purchasing them from him at this location. I live in West Palm Beach and I was here visiting my children. Wonderful experience!!!!!! Please use this location if you need tires!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires so I went here to have it fixed. My Tesla died after I parked, but the technicians went the extra mile to still get the job done! Owen assured me that I had nothing to worry about and can leave my vehicle here until I can get it towed for service.

Customers WARNING. Ask the manager to talk to the employees because the advisors don’t like. I went there to install a set of tires on my recently painted wheels, spoke to the advisor everything about take care with the wheels. After spoke to him he just sent the wheels to a two different employees and talk really briefly about what I needed and just acting like someone that really wants the customer away from the shop fast. These two guys started working on the wheels and I saw that one guy took the same time to do the job in one wheel the time the other guy took to do the job in the other 4 wheels and that guy leave that single wheel full of tire mount lubricant around the wheel, no cleaning it at all. I took the wheels and drove to my warehouse and when I cleaned the wheel I find out the wheel lip paint destroyed and the wheel lip mashed ! Yes, mashed! They just put someone that doesn’t have any skills to work on that wheel. If you like your wheels just remember that this guy can destroy your wheels too.

So here’s the deal: I had a pretty rough Friday, and to top it off, I thought I had a nail in my brand new tire. Frustrating, right? Anyway, Connor, one of the employees, gave me a call to discuss the situation. He explained that my tire couldn’t be fixed, which was not what I wanted to hear after the day I’d had. But he promised to take another look and try to sort things out.
When I got there, Connor took the time to explain everything. Turns out, it wasn’t a nail—it was a slow leak caused by buildup on the rim that was messing up the seal. (Who knew rims could hold grudges?) He even brought the rim out to show me, which was a lifesaver since I couldn’t get out of the car. He told me it needed a full sandblasting to remove the residue, but he’d clean it as best as he could, reinstall the tire, and get me back on the road.
And you know what? He absolutely nailed it—well, not literally (no nails this time, thank goodness). The tire was back on, the leak was gone, and my day got a whole lot better.
What started as a one-star experience turned into a full five-star moment, all thanks to Connor’s effort, patience, and willingness to explain things. Huge thanks to him for saving me from having to buy a new tire (at least for now). Connor, you’re a rockstar. Thanks again for turning my day around!
