Unacceptable wait time. Morning appointment went smoothly, but updating the name created a fiasco. Two options: schedule another appointment or do a walk-in.

Made a first appointment for my child's license. Checked in online and let in first. Called back and everything pretty much went seamlessly as we brought all the required documents.

I have visited a total of 4 times just for the road test, every time I go they ask different documents and it's always related to insurance and car, window 4 accepts all my car documents but window 5 doesn't, don't you guys have the same rules or you just don't know your job, or sometimes they don't understand my documents, when I try to explain they just don't listen but keep telling I don't get your documents, like for god's sake if she listens to me for just 2 seconds problem wouldn't exist. They are very rude, I'm ain't a person who writes reviews but this is like my 4th time I come out getting nothing. And their time slots are almost a month from present date, for these 4 time visits, has happened in 4 months for me.
