The assistant manager hides all Hot Wheel cases and purchases any good Hot Wheels before the customers can see any of them. He constantly buys up entire cases before they’re even displayed not giving any customer a chance to buy even a single good one. It’s truly a shame, all of this is confirmed by multiple employees that work at this Dollar General.

I don’t understand why have a phone in the store if it doesn’t work how am I supposed to talk to a manager about a transfer I need this is crazy not only this store but every dollar general phones don’t work what if there’s an emergency this sucks real talk

Worst Dollar General store I have ever been in my life. And since I travel clear across the country, that's saying a lot. The over weight female manager sits outside on a chair and talks non stop on her phone. The rudest person I have ever encountered and this person needs to be immediately let go. She is doing a complete disservice to this company in her actions and words. She lacks 0 customer service skills !

They need to work with the employees, some,like this dark skin lady on her 60 s,she can be really rude, doesn't help a customer if he or she needs it, always with this attitude,like she's working only for the money,wowww what a shame.

They forget to put items you purchased into the bags. This time the fabulouso that I paid for didn't make it in. Last time it was body wash. Before that it was Dawn soap. This store is awful even without that. Can't reach anyone by phone, ever. No manager ever available. Locals refer to this store as the redneck Dollar. No shoes, teeth or personal hygiene required. The employee checking me out looks like she hadn't showered or combed her hair in months. Crack heads and homeless hang in the parking lot. It's dirty and unsafe

This particular Dollar General is just off of East Colonial Drive and buy the East Colonial Drive in Chuluota Road intersection. It's it's next to the American Legion Post. It is your typical Dollar General. There are some things that are not a bad price, and there are some things that honestly aren't worth even a dime. The service was fine and the location is pretty convenient for the people that happen to live a little bit off the beaten path. All in all, I am going to give this place three stars. There is nothing special about this location nor even Dollar General overall. However, it is convenient to the people around the Bithlo, Florida area. So, that is why I am giving it's the rating that I did. Three stars is not necessarily a bad rating, it just means that it's mediocre. That sums up Dollar General overall.
